Shout out to Dave and also Tyler. We have a family plan with cricket and have had to go down to the store a few times in the last few months for upgrades, cracked screens, etc. Both Dave and Tyler have have been great. They took care of us, were patient with helping my tech impaired Father, and answering questions. Everytime we've left there everything that we needed was taken care of, and all questions answered. Best customer service I've ever had with a phone/service company!

Went to get my granddaughter on my plan, Dustin was very very helpful and I believe he needs a raise he has a little boy on the way

Tyler of the Grove City store service my phone for approximately half hour 45 minutes. Went through the whole phone checked it for malware. Eliminated anything that was suspicious. Reorganized it and made it a lot faster. No charge, I was extremely grateful. It was done in a timely fashion with a courteous attitude.

New phone but they transferred everything, so it's like nothing ever happened!

Del was very patient and helpful in explaining the service options and phones. We really appreciated the extra steps he took before sending us home with our new phone - he even installed the tempered glass cover and case for us. Edit: I originally had this as a 4 star review but I've been with cricket for a few years now and I've never had a problem. I did switch to another company for a couple days once to get a deal on a phone but I switched back to cricket and went back to my old phone after maybe two days because the other companies service didn't even come close.

Tyler is the only one I trust with my phone issues. He is patient and knows his business. I refer all my friends and family to Tyler at Cricket!
