This Lowe's is One of the best locations. I've never left without somebody asking me if I need help. If I ask for help they take me to the product they don't send me over yonder and wish me luck. It's got good inventory all the time and good manager sales

I visited this Lowes and the customer service was AMAZING!!! I have frequented many home improvement stores over the last 20 years and I've never experienced anything like it - on a Saturday at that. Thank you Tanya, Sarah, Mike and several others - from plumbing, tile, doors, windows and customer service - who spent so much time explaining and checking and making sure that my many "asks" made sense with the project. They each did warm hand offs, when necessary, to the next department. I was in there for over 3.5 hours and never felt rushed. Complete fluke that I ended up in this store but it is a gem.

Excellent service while purchasing a new set of kitchen appliances. We picked it out online and came in to make sure that's what we wanted. Can't wait to have it delivered in just a few days. The sale was worth it.

Went in today to clear up a return. Diana in returns was very helpful.
Also, I made a purchase the week before and was convinced that I had left it behind. Mike, the front end supervisor, watched the videos from the self checkout and noticed that I had made the purchase but never walked out with my item. Got me a new one and was very kind about the situation.

Lowe's- AKA Home Depot Jr.! I probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference if I didn't see the outside of the building! But anyways, Lowe's is pretty nice with great stuff. My dad said it was a little hard to find some things, but isn't that the same deal with every home improvement store?? The employee at the entrance was very polite and quite chatty! Everything was great overall- I'm just disappointed that I couldn't find any carpet samples like at Home Depot.

I used a neat automactic key machine and the keys work in the door. Lowes dont need a key person with these vending machines.

Had an issue with my prepaid card and Kourtney in the customer service area really went the extra mile last night. Thank you for being patient and willing to help!

I always find exactly what I need and want at Lowe's. Elijah in flooring helped me with the heavy stack stone I was purchasing and loaded my car after. This has never happened before when I had a much larger order, and the assistance should be the rule and not the exception! He told me that he's fairly new. So, much kudos and a big thank you to Elijah for helping me.

Big home improvement store. Has everything you need to renovate, and more. Always someone around to help.

Went in this am to shop for plants...there was this incredibly helpful woman watering flowers and she was so informative. Shared personal experience about a class at Longwood gardens plus her own garden. Didnt catch her name but busy working while she gave some good advice. I misplaced my wallet and Lena so graciously tried to help. But then Courtney actually had it bc someone handed it in..such a positive experience.

I called to get my delivery info for the next day. It was a timely, pleasant delivery service by Jared and Jermaine. These guys were great, efficient, careful and on time.

Overall this store good. Their selection always seems to be of high quality and the availability is decent especially with the seasonal items. I’d say this store has the most friendly and knowledgeable customer service personnel of all the local area Lowe’s. Very well organized and clean for the most part. The staff always have knowledge of their inventory and are quick to assist you. The only recommendation/complaint would be their cart situation. I think they need a dedicated staffed cart retriever. Every time I go I have to trek half way across the parking lot to grab a cart. Overall a great store.

My parents experienced four months of horrible customer service and disregard for their broken refrigerator from their active Lowe's Extended Warranty. After 9 in-home attempts at fixing the refrigerator, they were at a loss. The repair representatives said they would continue ordering different parts for the refrigerator until the warranty ran out, rather than offering them a credit on a new refrigerator or even any compensation for the refrigerator that didn't work. The last resort was to go to our local Lowe's store and explain the situation to Evan, an appliance sales associate, and Chris/Jason, managers. With their diligence and support, my parents were finally able to resolve the issue with a partial credit towards a new refrigerator. The Lowe's extended warranty, 0/10 wouldn't recommend, but so appreciate the work of Evan, Chris, and Jason at our Willow Grove Lowe's!

I came in to check out Christmas clearance and plants. There was an activity area that was so much fun. The Lowe's staff really made my morning and my wallet opened right up to shop. Thank you!

I Was here a week or two ago to get paint. Had no idea what I needed, but Terry was working solo and did a great job. He had a decent amount of customers when I came in, but was helpful with everyone that needed something and was patient with everyone including me. Appreciated the friendly knowledgeable service!

Another one of my favorite places to go. I went there for borax acid for the ants around my front door and a tent for the back yard for a Father's Day event. I like Lowe's because you don't have to search for help and the customer service is excellent. They also have great sales.

Was there a few days ago had very good experience with a cashier named Sharon. She was very efficient and went above and beyond when she did not have to. I appreciate that and others should as well. Not an easy process purchasing a thermostat now with stock being low, and they are locked. It's hard now to even find someone to help you, only the flooring department and the cashier's are helpful. Management not so good, they tend to disappear if you ask for help had that happen to me. Thank you Sharon you are an asset to this company!

Looking for a specific item "tufex" and cement (50lbs),the sales associates were more than helpful, offering to carry my load to the car.

This location never disappoints! Two people waited on me ,the first person helped me to no avail then admitted that plumbing wasn't his area! " let me page the person responsible." What? Home Depot employees pass you around like a joint! Lol. When the gentleman came he patiently waited for me to decide which one I'd prefer to buy! Above and Beyond that's the kind of service I'm talking about. HERE TAKE ALL OF MY MONEY!❤💯
