I have shopped Talbots, almost exclusively for forty plus years. Great styles and sizes for all age groups and sizes. Professional service. Great prices and superb sales. I'm truly a Talbots girl, living in a Talbots world. It's fantastic. I love it! ❤

I had a big meeting and I ran in Talbots last minute to find an outfit. Maria was quick to help me find an outfit and I was in and out within 30mins. It’s nice to have that assistance. You can’t find it anymore these days. Also, the quality of Talbots clothes are unmatched. I left feeling confident in my outfit, knowing this look will be timeless. Talbots clothing never disappoints.

Great store

only one of few good shopping for women's clothing in the area; sadly they closed the Macy's.

Called to place a phone order this morning and was told the pants would go out Monday. Told associate I might be coming to pick them up instead, was she sure the pants would stay at the store until Monday. In her rush to get me off the phone she stated abruptly that they would not ship out until Monday! Drove over an hour to get to the store only to be told that they knew nothing about my pants, that I ordered them from a different store, nothing was in their computer about the pair I had order from them at HAVERFORD. Then mysteriously they told me that the packages had all been picked up even though it is only Saturday. So, somehow I did indeed place an order for the pants with them and was given misinformation about ship date. Wasted gas and time in horrendous traffic for nothing! Then I went to try on a top while I was in the store. I was not even in the dressing room 10 seconds from the time the attendant opened the door for me when she was back banging on my door asking if the top fit. Have NEVER experienced anything like this at any other Talbots and I have been in plenty of their locations. I will never be back to this location again!
