Took my aunt to help her find a new laptop. The greeter was friendly and made sure we knew where we were going based on what we were looking for. Then Zach in the computer section was very helpful. He assisted us with specs about the laptops and gave advice on which was better. My aunt was very happy with the Acer touchscreen laptop "15.6 that she decided on for her basic computing needs. She got the 3-year protection plan too which she says for her was necessary. It seemed to cover a lot to include accidental damage, spills etc. and much more. We were both happy with the customer service, variety and stock of products, ease of purchase, and knowledgeable friendly staff. Great job best buy. Thank you staff especially Zach.

Purchased a new laptop. Staff was very helpful about the choices. The geek squad transfered all my data and set up the machine perfectly. Spent plenty of time walking me through the new machine. Quick expert service.

Special shout out to manager Evan, who helped us out with an open box pickup TV that ended up being damaged from storage in the warehouse before we got it. The stress of planning the pickup and arranging time to come to the store only to find that the reserved TV had damage rendering it worthless was completely alleviated.
As a result I'll go out of my way to shop here again. Thanks. Great service.

Ordered a new fridge last month, delivery was great and staff knowledge was awesome. Also love our fridge with the ice in the freezer and automatic water pitcher!!! Way better than our previous outside the door ice/water.

Also went in to discuss a phone trade in and the knowledge the staff had with details and options was very helpful in my decision!

Just had a wonderful experience with Trish. She is incredibly kind and helpful and personally came up to me and asked if I needed help. She is just a ray of sunshine and deserves to be recognized for all her hard work.

Amy was great! Explained everything well when there was a question and very knowledgeable! Went above and beyond to make sure we will get the washer and dryer we need in an expedient manner!

I will admit it has been awhile since i habe been in a Best Buy. I do not remember such a huge selection of appliamces. It was massive and all quality brand names i thought i had to go to the compition for. I was there looking for a micrphone for my future Podcast/ youtube influencer and we must have found 20 options!
Still a great place for anything tech related!

I had went to another Best Buy for a defective tv I just purchased and the other bestbuy would not help me and said call the manufacturer when I just purchased the item. I went to Best Buy in collegeville and Dylan experience supervisor helped me exchange the Tv, price match at the correct price, and helped me obtain a Best Buy plus membership for cost effectiveness. I felt hopeless prior to coming in. This was an amazing experience. If you have any tech, customer service, or plan to purchase something in the future I highly recommend asking for Dylan. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to help people.

I picked up a 70' Samsung TV and Samsung sound bar with woofer. They are both AMAZING great picture and sound. Make sure you get the service plan so if anything happens to the TV because of the size Best Buy will service it at my home. That's a great deal for me.

Online said they had the graphics card my son wanted to get, the lady checked the "warehouse" and sure enough, he got what he went in for! Very helpful!

Amy is 1 of the best customer service I've ever dealt with! She answered all the questions I had & is very knowledgeable. Best Buy should be quite happy that they have a person like Amy working for their company!

Online shopping is convenient but the pure pleasure of seeing all electronics on display and the ability to talk to real people makes this a great way to shop for extroverts. and geeks. and kids. and grandparents.
I don't like to throw away something just because there's a newer version on the market so I get the extended warranty and that works well because BB geeks will fix the broken.

Geek squad tech was helpful and seemed to really care that he had to give us news that will cost us a fortune

Came in only knowing I needed an Apple computer for my son to start college. Andrew and Gus answered all of my questions so quickly and in a way I (technologically illiterate) could easily understand. 11/10 experience! Excellent job to these gentleman! Thank you so much!

Jared went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! I went in last night because I needed a new phone. Due to when I got done work...I didn't get there until 7:30 (just before closing). Jared and the team made sure I was taken care of. Regardless of the fact that they were trying to close...they didn't rush me and answered any questions I had. Jared even went to far as to install my new screen protector. A+ job guys!!!!!!

Nothing like wide and gleaming selection, and friendly professionals to help move the merch. One best buy there: a Brother Three in One, maybe the most impressive value-to-price machine I've owned (MFC-J205w)--even the Brother software has proven one of the best installs ever.
