AT&T Store

My friends and I received great service from Chase Gyer. Absolutely professional and knowledgeable. He’s definitely a great salesman. He was very kind and we didn’t feel like a bother or rushed. Highly recommended

After "firing" T Mobile as my carrier because of their poor customer service and lack of cohesiveness as to the knowledge of their own services, I literally walked across the floor in the shopping mall to AT&T which directly faces T Mobile and got exactly what I wanted. Walter Geyer who works in the Trumbull Connecticut store handled exactly what I needed and more. A good conversationalist and answered all my questions and explained everything to me. His partner Tevin was also a tremendous help too. These young men deserve whatever higher positions in the company you can offer them if they desire them.

I needed an upgrade and the representative who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. His name is Chad, he went above and beyond and answered all my questions and treated me with respect.

My overall experience with my visit was above and beyond when it came to the customer service. Despite the fact that there was an issue that had occur and had absolutely nothing to do with AT&T, but due to my previous phone provider I was left with a non working phone BUT AT&T did all that they could do to make sure I left with service and a working temporary phone and I will forever be a loyal customer ! Thank you again Ephraim to you and your team!

I was helped and greeted as soon as I entered the store. I was there for less than 10 mins and my reason for my visit was accomplished

Joey was so helpful during my visit. I needed to switch over from a different carrier and get a new phone, so I was very nervous transferring over all my information and pictures. He walked me through the steps and made sure I felt comfortable in the process. I’ve been on vacation with my new phone and using international service and everything has been great. Stephan was a great help. I tried to purchase an iPad for my son’s birthday on the app scheduled a delivery to myself and it was cancelled via email without allowing the option to purchase. I went to the store Sunday able to order everything I needed and reassured it would come in Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday I went to pick up the iPad and he assisted with activating it while in the store. Very patient, welcoming and professional, highly recommended.

Jennifer is very attentive to the customers needs and concerns. She provided all the answers to the questions asked and her assistance with choosing the perfect phone and plan was extremely helpful. Her knowledge of the products are helpful and her professionalism is exceptional!
