Yes they are understaffed, yes wait times can be awhile, yes getting through on the phone can take awhile, but I'm not sure what people are talking about when they say the staff are rude. They have been nothing but helpful and nice to me. I have had issues with medications not being able to be filed, but that has always come done to an insurance issue. This is obviously just my experience, but I have been going to this pharmacy for years.

Went yesterday and today to help get a rush prescription filled for my son. Hannah and Jack could not have been more helpful, patient and even funny.

Answered all my questions and easily 5 stars. I was in the waiting area for around 30 minutes and saw them and others on the team interact with other customers and they were friendly and helpful to all.

Well done and I will be back!

Hannah and her staff in the pharmacy are phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things about each and everyone of them. We had a hard time finding a pharmacy that had an antibiotic in stock and they were the only one in Minnesota with it. Our insurance didn’t want to cover it and they all worked diligently to not only get the prescription transferred from Walgreens but also get it covered by our insurance all before they closed for the evening. They worked all the next day getting our insurance to cover the antibiotic and they reimbursed me! They care! While I waited with my two year old they fed us snacks and chatted and were so good to us! They are FANTASTIC!!!

Prescription wasn't covered and the staff was able to find a prescription card to cover almost all of the cost without me having to worry about a thing! Everything is always done in record time and staff is super helpful and pleasant. So happy I changed from walgreens to CVS.

Huge shout out to the pharmacy group that helped get my husband’s vehicle unstuck today! He was visiting the MinuteClinic and with this big dumping of snow, his vehicle couldn’t handle the entrance. They went above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten their names to call them out personally! I will be calling a manager tomorrow to give them verbal praise too.

6905 CVS pharmacy: Staff here is so helpful and eager to assist. Especially ANH, Hannah I believe, was so knowledgeable about insurance coverage. She found me great savings and REDID my order, even giving me credit for an over-priced prescription from last month. Thanks!

Was a Walgreens customer for years just recently switched over to CVS. Very happy I go to a pain clinic every month to get medication and I ALWAYS had to wait at Walgreens well not any more I walked into the store went to the pharmacy and walked back out in about 5 minutes my prescription was ready when I got to the store.

Thank you so much to the pharmacist, this nice gentleman got me my meds quickly as I was heading home after a tooth extraction. I was starting to feel yucky and just wanted to go home and he got me out of there as quickly as possible. You can tell he really cares. Thank you.

Pharmacy staff were super helpful and friendly. It was my first time filling a Rx at a CVS, and they called around to different locations to find my correct prescription which was a huge time saver for me.

After a very frustrating experience at the pharmacy right next door, this was a pleasant experience. Found what I wanted, was priced as expected and less than the place next door. Employee who rang up my purchase was pleasant and helpful.

Kind pharmacist and additional staff member who helped me as quickly as possible. How fortunate to have a pharmacy close by that is open on a Sunday evening! Thank you.

I love this CVS! The staff are very friendly, and helpful, the store is always clean and well stocked. They go out of their way to make shopping there a great experience.

Got my Covid-19 Vaccine here. The CVS staff and on site nurse were very quick and courteous.

The pharmacy manager was so helpful when there was a slight mix up in my medication. Was a bright spot in my day!

Traveling from out of town and unfortunately didn't pack enough pills, pharmacist was so accommodating. Exceptional service!
