Awesome experience today when we went to replace mom’s wiper blades! It was a little tricky but no problem for our lovely mechanic girl boss. She didn’t even break a nail!

Sequoia was genuinely so helpful and had the best energy. I was stressed because of my car battery and not only did she bring me good vibes , she went above and beyond to make sure the other auto place could hold the battery for me and she also made sure to get me the best value. Went At 8 AM on a Sunday. My battery had died and I got a jump to get there. Adam greeted me and took care of me within 15 minutes he installed a new battery and I was on my way. Adam was so pleasant and efficient - he is truly an asset to the Advance Auto Parts Company.

I have to be completely transparent, I know nothing about cars all I know is that I got my battery changed a couple of days ago and my car was still not starting. I showed up to this advanced auto parts at 7:30 in the morning and the first person who greeted me was Richard the store manager, not only did he help me with my issue but he made sure to make me not feel stupid, showed me everything he was doing, walked through the process, and honestly made me feel like I understood what was happening after I was done he gave me some advice and told me if I ever needed anything to come straight here, I must tell you that for the rest of my life living in Florida this location of advanced auto parts will be my home and I cannot be more grateful to Richard and to his team.

My wife's little Mitsubishi needed a battery and windshield wipers it was early in the morning like before 9:00 Corey who should be employee of the month had me in and out of there in 20 minutes I purchased a brand new die hard and some windshield wipers Corey did a perfect job! Good products prices and good employees make a business successful!... I will be back

The gentlemen at this location were extremely professional. Went in because i needed a new battery. They went above and beyond to make sure my newborn and I were comfortable inside while they replaced the new battery I purchased from them. They all worked together to make our visit smooth and quick !

I had an amazing positive experience today at Advance Auto Parts!! It was after my horrible experience with Auto Zone. The 2 men at the store were very nice to me and felt so bad about my experience with their competitor that they gave me a discount even though they didn’t have to. I bought a battery from them for my car & one of the men happily installed it for me even though it’s a service they provided but he did it with a smile. That’s customer service for you!! Thank you!!

This location on Nob Hill in Sunrise Florida has an awesome staff. Richard Cline the General Manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. He found the part I needed immediately and actually helped me find someone to install it at an excellent price. Thank you so very much for saving me hundreds of dollars and PTO from my job. Richard is my Hero today! I will definitely recommend this location and will be back whenever needed.

The service was great. I asked the salesperson about fuel injector issues and he answered my questions and more. Gave me helpful advice, information and product to try. A real professional, polite and helpful and knowledgeable. Very much unexpected but I love the way he and the other personnel work together to get exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Online said the item I wanted was out of stock, when I went in for a similar product the one I wanted was there. I was pleasantly surprised, actually all the shelves had been filled. Rare nowadays, this store is ran well
