Miguel went above and beyond his duties at Metro. He spent 1 hour on hold with Verizon and then another hour resolving the problem. Finally, My phone is back in working order. Also, dealing with the air conditioner not working and it was 94 degrees in the store. He was very polite and gave me 3 bottles of water.

If you have Metro I'm sure you've had some issues I would suggest going to the store in particular because they have the best customer service I've ever had with Metro they are consistent they always find me the best deals they are efficient confident and competent at their job they know exactly what a customer needs and how to handle it from paying your bill to buying a new device I have always walked out of here with a smile on my face great store

Nelson is patient, knowledgeable, respectful, and informative. I had called prior to my arrival inquiring about inventory on a specific model. Nelson informed me that it was in stock, but I might have to be patient as he was alone for the day - a busy Saturday nonetheless!

Upon our arrival, he greeted my daughter and I kindly, and began showing the options available to us. When I mentioned another phone we activated the day before at another Authorized Dealer location was not activating/operating, he welcomed me to bring it to him to have a look. (He knew what the issue was without even seeing it while the original Authorized Dealer and the local Corp Store were stumped and tried to upsell me to the point of discomfort. I ended up having this problem solved by an online forum, but it's great knowing that Nelson could have fixed the issue for us if I had been ignorant to the forum's existence.)

Nelson did his dob professionally and efficiently. He needn't worry about being alone. Customers would wait patiently if they realized the service he can provide! We left the store with our phone (and quite a few extras thanks to Nelson's charming personality) and a feeling of satisfaction.

Miguel at the Metro PCS was a God send. Miguel is very helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what kind of service and plan I needed. The best customer service and help I could ask for. I will definitely look for Miguel in the future when purchasing a phone.

I went in to this location to ask for help with my new phone. I spoke to Tyler. He was wonderful!! He helped me and answered all my questions. He also said I could stop in or call anytime if I needed more help!! Great person and excellent customer service skills!!! Please commend for his great value to The Metro Company!!

Miguel was about to close shop for the day when I called. He stayed open late until I got there on memorial day just to make sure I was taken care of. Absolutely saved my next few days.

i went into this store to upgrade my phone the girl xiomara was very helpful and kind in helping me set up my new device and understanding it we need more people like her around !!!!!

Every time i go to the Lawnside store they are always very nice and will do everything they can to make sure you leave knowing that they answer all your questions I will never go to another Store they make it part of their Job to know their customers. Keep up the work☎
