Academy Sports + Outdoors

I've gone here a couple of times for different things. Got my bicycle here for Christmas 2 years ago now and love it. Just need to update the seat. My husband has bought some over comfy Nike sweats they are super soft and I like to wear them as well. We also bought my husband a fishing pole here with some gear, and the 2nd time he used it and caught nothing, it broke. We took it back and got our money back. We were just out of the line that we had put into it.

Today, near Christmas, it was so busy! They had what I was looking forward to in stock. I went in for the Sketchers shoes and left with Timberlands. Very happy with decision. The management set up a line that wound around the store to check out. They did well. Took 30 minutes in line to check out. Absolutely no complaints here. You should come here, Shop here. It's pretty cool.

Went to Sketchers warehouse to purchase a pair of shoes. They had the shoe but not my size! They said it was the most popular shoe they had and were sold out. Fine...I went to Academy where they had the exact same shoe and it was even cheaper!

I purchased Magellan 3 persons tent and it got ruptured from the top then they accepted to exchange a year later. So customer service is amazing. I am attaching the first and second tents I purchased there so that you can compare them

Went to buy work boots for my husband, found some things on sale also just in time for school. The cashier was so nice talked to all the kids made them feel special. Thanks for that!! Make sure everyone gets your nerd clusters there also!!! Great selection and so good!!!

Another purchase and good experience at this Academy location. They made everything easy, and they were friendly and professional the entire time. Christian and the team should be commended for their seamless work. If you need anything sports or shooting related, I'd recommend them.

This place is awesome. We come here almost every time we come to town. They always have so many options for everything. We tend to stop in the clothing and softball areas. But shoes and outdoor gear get some visits every once in a while.

Parking is extremely spacious and close to the building. You should have no problem with that.

Highly recommend this store.

Always love academy. Generally great people working in store and a good experience overall. Some of the prices are a bit rough and you can find cheaper on Amazon or something but if you need it now. It's the place to be.

Best camo, they never saw me leave with it!

There was a staff member that spent over 20 minutes helping me find a shoe she knew they had. She was marvelous and she found my shoe!

Every time I go there for ammo are a new Accessory for my guns that have had it in stock. I would recommend this place if your looking for a good all around Sports store.
