Was the best location I have been to its clean the staff are very respectful and friendly the prices are 1000% better then any other unlocked cell phone store I have ever been to I recommend you speak With Mrs. Maya she is the owner of the store and she will work with you. I have never felt so comfortable with going to a store with not knowing if I am for sure about having a new phone but Mrs Maya and her family made me feel great and made me want to come back witch I did do just that. So if you want a wonderful deal on a iPhone or Samsung phone please see Mrs. Maya or one of the others they make you feel welcome. Also to make things even better they made sure my phones where working to my liking and they also made sure I could see with camera function and showed me everything I need to feel comfortable with the phones I bought for myself and my husband I also was able to buy an Apple Watch Series 5 with GPS and Cellular for only 199.99 brand new so trust me when I say it’s worth going to check out if you are looking for a good deal. I love this place. I have purchased a few phones from here and so far no issues. You do have to keep in mind that these are used/refurbished phones or at least the ones that I purchase are. They even test the phones before giving them to you which I think is pretty cool. The only thing I dislike is the screen protector that came with the phone. What do I mean? I dropped my phone once and the screen protector is already cracking. At the same time I don't mind cause it was free, the actual screen is still in great shape and its a temporary phone. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I got adventurous a couple weeks ago and changed the battery in my iPhone. A few days later I wanted to use the camera, and low and behold the cameras on the phone would not work. Took it to the Apple store, they told me what I already knew. They offered $10 for phone on a new one. Not the deal I wanted. Quoted me $230 charged to replace the cameras but would not guarantee that route would work. Still not the deal I wanted. Had seen an advertisement from Twister Wireless. Walked in thinking I would try to buy the same phone. After greeting the tech guy and explaining the issue that I was experiencing, so to make a longer shorter, he replaced both cameras for fraction of Apples quote. I was impressed with his speed of the process in replacing the cameras. It took me forever it seemed to do what I done with poor vision. I will go to these people for repairs or replacement in the future.
Never got there names, but they are good people with great prices and service.

Very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me get our daughter fixed up with a phone. Prices are very reasonable and phones are just like new. I was actually recommended to go to this store from our carriers store. We were beyond pleased with Twister Wireless.

Pretty good service. I got my note 9, and an iPhone 7+ from here. Only cost me a little over $700. 3 day free full customer service and returns. Plus 40% off all repairs. Satisfied with the devices I recieved, minimal damage and Mark's on my note 9, and almost seamless iPhone.

I was referred here by a Cricket Wireless salesman. The lady that helped me was very helpful and explained exactly what I was getting. Which ended up being an open box brand new phone. Just purchased my second phone from here, each time they where super knowledgeable and nice. The first one was a note 9 then an apple xr. They are both in perfect condition and didn’t have a single problem with either. Thank you guys for have excellent phones at excel prices! I’ll be back for another next week for my daughter.
