The Milltown employees are friendly and helpful every time I visit. They’re all proficient at their job, resulting in wait times of a minute or less.

I’ve never seen such polite and helpful staff at any other UPS stores. The two young kids and Vennu who work at the front desk! They are always helpful and friendly.

The woman working behind the counter is amazing! Most iOS stores in the area they have more staff then this one and move twice as slow. She is accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This will now be the only ups store I use. Thank you for making it so easy to ship my items .

The staff is amazing! I wish other UPS stores followed the model and service that Dipti has and her assistant (Jared) have provided. Outstanding service! I’m sure I’m not the only one! The reviews truly speak for itself!

Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The manager and workers of this UPS Store will help you with so many services. It is a one stop shop for me when it comes to shipping as well as other services such as Notary. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I left a happy customer. I had to emergency ship overnight and found the attendant to be very helpful and professional. She explained the costs for each delivery time, provided me with a tracking number, and told me to call her personally if there was any issue with delivery.

Dipiti and her crew are just wonderful. I own a small business and ship lots of packages. Dipiti always helps me to pack my fragile items so they ship safely. It’s nice to see such friendly faces! Highly recommend business.

Tiny place but five stars for the lady at the desk, Dipti. She was pleasant, professional, and helped me with a mailing issue while efficiently juggling two other customers. I would come here again for her excellent customer service.
