TL;DR: this is my favorite smoke shop in LA and I’ve been to a lot of them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products, and they’re also certainly passionate. They have an excellent selection of items, which is the best I’ve seen. The location is also great because parking is easy and then you have a ton of amazing restaurants and food nearby.

Even if there are closer stores, I make time to come here!

I stopped by SmokeHub since I was in the area and purchased a Flum and started to notice after a couple of days that the print was rubbing off which I thought was weird since I've used Flum products before and they never do that. Then after 4 days the Flum completely stopped working, I went in to get my money back and the staff stated that they have a policy that if it didn't work inside their shop then they will replace it or give a discount for next time. Since I walked out of the shop and it stopped working after 4 days, I realized I got ripped off. I'm never coming back here again because they sell fake Flums. I'm done with this place, waste of time and gas money.

Bought a Hyppe Max Flow banana freeze disposable on monday, roughly two days ago, and it has already died as of yesterday. Literally only lasted for 50 puffs.
