At my first visit I got the jasmine milk tea and I was hooked! I was already craving to go back again before I finished my drink. I enjoy the lightly roasted tea flavor with no bitterness yet sweetly complemented by the creaminess. A great solid option, even considering what other options are located in the area.
The mellow milk tea was good but I thought it would be a little more roast-y. Although the color of the milk tea is dark, it was rather light on the tea/roast-y flavor so just know that.

Very open and spacious boba shop with clean, modern interior.
Seating is quite limited for the size of the space, as most of the floor space is actually devoted to the barista work station located in the center. You order at the very front and pick up your drink at the very back.

Indoor seating are wooden picnic-y tables. It may be going for the nature-y tea fields vibe but clashes imo and is not at all comfortable for long-term cafe vibes studying.

That side of the plaza is still under some construction so parking right in front of the shop is limited but you can park right to the left because its all the same plaza and there's plenty of parking spaces at all times of everyday really.

I've had the TEA several times now, this most recent visit being on Xmas that just passed, and I'm convinced this is my new fave spot for a Viet Coffee.

I will say that I've only had the Seasalt Cream OG and not the straight up Viet Coffee, but their take on it here is my favorite so far. If you're like me and have had an abundance of Viet Coffees than you have probably seen this common variation with the seasalt cream on top, so the concept is not new, they just do it well here. I like that the foam itself is not too thick like I've seen at some places, so that you can actually really stir it into your drink to evenly distribute the salted foam. The coffee has always been strong enough so that the cream does not overtake the base flavor you want in a good Viet Coffee. Oh and they used crushed ice which for me makes a good Viet Coffee, just that much better.

They are located on Atlantic, right across from Ralphs, and adjacent to Mar Center, so you should be able to find parking in that lot. But just FYI, those spots at the top of the structure are really narrow. There are a few spots directly in front of the TEA if you get lucky.

As I mentioned, my most recent visit was on Xmas, and the staff were all very friendly, especially the girl taking orders. I feel like she might be the owner/manager. She just had a real personal demeanor which is always much appreciated.

There is a nice green aesthetic inside and even though this is there singular location they seem to really have their branding on point with their name, logo, cups, etc. The inside is a longer rectangular shape with the employee work area taking up much of the space. There are a few tables at the front.

With the endless choices of drink spots in the area, be sure you work the TEA into your mix.

This tea place is fantastic. I have tried almost all the selections they have except the coffee ones since I always go at night time. They use fresh fruit in their concoctions, and you can smell the quality of their teas in the drink.

We were in the neighborhood and decided to try this Tea place. We got the Dragonfruit Tea, Toasted Oreo, and Strawberry Frosty. All were good. Sweetness and Ice can be adjusted. Not my favorite tea place, but worth trying.

Customer service is good. The drinks are also very, very good. I recommend the no 18 golden mellow milk tea with pudding. There was a bit of a wait today, mostly due to the large number of people, but they still managed to have great energy in the room. Despite all the people coming swamped in on new years eve. I will definitely come back.

I used to go Sunright tea located next to this mall but I gave it a try to this new store. And I actually liked it. Love their chewy sweet boba. I always make 0% sugar because I don’t like added sugar type syrup and want to enjoy the real tea flavor. Sometimes, if I make 0% sugar, the drink does not come out tasty. But I love their milk tea boba with 0%!! Will be back soon to try out other flavors👌!

I got the Mango Pomelo Sago 🤩 Absolutely loved it! I couldn’t put it down. The only regret I have is that I didn’t buy 2 to keep drinking more of it lol.

Mine had coconut milk, chopped fresh mango, round jellies, and real pomelo pulp. I really enjoyed the combination of all the textures. I got it at 30% sweetness and it was perfect for my tastebuds.

I really recommend this place. Give it a try! I’m definitely coming back to taste ALL of them. I don’t always think this of any restaurant or cafe, but I truly enjoyed the drink, the service, and the atmosphere at The Tea.

Cute and friendly staff , Drinks are good but I think they can add few more tea option . Will be back for their signature drinks , looks great .

Even in a crowded market this tea shop stands out for its fresh fruit drinks! I highly recommend the coco mango and pomelo mango drinks. The Jasmine tea was good too, but I’ve had better at other places. The shop is kinda structured weird too. You order at the front and then walk to the back to pick up your drink. There are no table or chairs. This might be a deal breaker if you’re looking for someplace to hang out. And yes, there is enough room for a mobility aid, but the doors are pretty heavy and only swing outwards. The parking lot in front is small and right now there’s construction going on so I recommend the free parking garage to the left of this place. Overall, not a bad experience! The staff were polite, the drinks were handed out in a timely manner, and the fresh fruit drinks were absolutely delicious.

So far, I have tried the Mango Frest Fruit Green Tea and the Earl Grey Milk Tea and I absolutely love both of them. For the fruit tea, it is not overly sweet and I like the small fruit bits in the drink. As for the milk tea, it is quite refreshing. Highly recommend visiting and trying.

It has a great balance of matcha and they use condensed milk as their sweetener.

I went back to back days for The tea! I got the taro coconut drink and the mango coconut drink and they were both so good!

Solid milk tea, ample parking, but despite the size of the place, not that many places to sit.

The drinks are refreshing and fresh. They're tasty and enjoyable and the service is very speedy.

The drinks here are to die for! Been to over 70 boba shops and this place is one of my new favorites.

I got a aiyu jelly drink after my usual run to sun right next door, but im glad i tried this place that just opened because the drinks are good.

Vietnamese Coffee is strong and creamy , keep you awake .
