AT&T Store

Daniel was beyond helpful with the MANY complicated issues I needed to resolve. I had to visit the store on three separate occasions (due to my schedule) and he was professional and fully took care of each item I needed assistance with. He even got out some paper so my son and I could play a game while we were waiting on hold. I had interaction with the Manager on my last visit as well and he was very personable. I’m glad to be back with AT&T and if I need any additional help I’ll definitely be going back to that location and asking for Daniel.

Alex was great! He helped the whole process. Made sure my phone transfered completely over. Told me about a great promotion so I was able to get a watch for a great price. He was really awesome. Jennifer came and checked on us made sure to tell us how much she appreciated our business. Talked to be about my watch and how awesome they are, and showed me hers. 10/10 recommend checking them out at MidTown location 41st and sheridan.

P.J. is an extremely great employee for AT&T. Excellent customer service, very informative with a premier level of confidence in the products that the company sales. He is by far the absolute best employee that I have ever dealt with since having service with AT&T. He deserves the opportunity to move up in the company when given the chance to. I will be coming back to this particular store to see only PJ as he has exceeded everything that we needed as we upgraded and added 2 lines to our account. He should be recognized for his knowledge of the company and products. Thanks to him, we will be lifetime customers with AT&T

My fiance and I had a very pleasant experience today when we came by. We came to see what kind of deals they had to offer on the cell phone plans. We ended up changing plans getting different phones and we got direct tv. All the sales people were very nice and super helpful. Justin Kimball and Joshua Sauceda were the two people that helped us out. Our cell phone bill will be considerably cheaper than it was. We are very appreciative of that.😊

My rep was named Dallas, and him and his team was able to help me with the greatest of customer service. They were very nice and knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend using this store for all of your DIRECTV and AT&T mobile phones and wearables. These guys are really good at the job they do!

Dallas was great! He listened to my needs, and didn't just try to sell me. He provided insight, and took the time to truly help. One of the best, in store, experiences I've had. Manager, Gary, was also insightful, polite, and helpful .

Hands down the best experience that I have had at a store to date!! Dallas took great care of every issue I was having, made upgrading my phones easy, and made the process enjoyable. He listened to what I was asking and even helped me with figuring out my bill. He took his time and I never felt rushed or an inconvenience at all. Very personable! I will be visiting this location 20 minutes further than other location because of the staff!! Amazing service!!!

We had the BEST experience today at this location. We had started at one store but ended up coming to this one instead. Our sales person, Justin, was just awesome. He very clearly explained how our trade ins would work and helped us figure out which phone was most appropriate for each of us (there were three of us). He was thorough, communicative, and super friendly. We were dreading this errand today, but Justin made it SO much better. Thanks so much! 📲

The man at this location named Bryan is not only an amazing customer service guy that takes care of you and makes sure your experience is smooth but he is also a great human being a genuine person and a great all around man a marine of 31 years I plan on being a repeat customer with Bryan I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything but like he was my friend trying to set me up with the best possible stuff this man deserves a raise!!!!!!!!

I'm a AT&T customer an aunt of mine has been one over 40 years rite so I feel if my family is that dedicated by golly they gotta be good. Well today April 9,2022 I came recieved excellent well trained customer experience.Thumbs up World Wide renown AT&T Tulsa Oklahoma said it.

Cassandra did an exceptional job taking care of my husband and I. She answered all of our questions, was delightful, did everything with a smile and an attitude of serving her customers as her most important agenda.
Cassandra deserves a raise! Not many young people today understand what it means to serve another person.
She is very impressive!!! And definitely an asset for the AT&T team.

Rep Justin was very nice and knowledgeable. Even help set up affordable service for being disabled. Ask for his help if you come in to store ask for Justin he’s been a big blessing!
