Dillard's

The store is clean and well organized. This is a very large store with a couple of floors of merchandise. Most extensive are clothes for men, women, and children but they also offer a good selection of home goods.

Tammy and Kim totally went the extra mile helping me track down a price this evening. Thanks so much for the great customer service!

I absolutely love Dillard's. The clothing is top notch, the associates are knowledgeable and friendly and the great variety of home, clothes, beauty, and shoes is unmatched.

The store was clean, sharp on decorations & very service oriented. I was there for a Birthday gift for my wife & was very pleased with the service & gift wrapping

They had some amazing sales in the men's department, and and the staff were super helpful. They really helped me choose some nice things. They took the time and are excellent in customer service.

I Love the Shoe department! Great Salesman! Bra and swimsuit sales woman Rude! I was interrupted when changing many times! She thought I was taking too long. Of course I was, she kept going back to my dressing room to ask me for clothes left in the room before I left there! The last time she said she was going back to check on me , my fiance said I wouldn't! It was hard for me because of all the destructions! When I was still shopping I got assistance from a different lady from another department she yelled out at me "Are you still looking?" That was unnecessary! If It wasn't for the shoe salesman and other great workers I would only give it one star!

The selection of Warchol bras are the best! Dillards is the only store I can go to and buy a bra that is not full of padding. The price is higher than most, but I don't have much of a choice.

I’ve been shopping Dillards for years and I had never engaged with their salespersons. They are the best, they help you get the exact measurements and point you to the products of high quality at a reasonable price. If you get a chance to work with Lowell Nichols you’re in for a great experience.

The workers were attentive and willing to assist my granny and me. However, we were just shopping, not buying, as my granny cannot get out much anymore. She wanted to go looking as she and her mother used to do every day before her mother passed.

So nice to have a Dillard's on the upper east side. Best men's department anything you might need or not need. The staff are very friendly and so are the customers because they are in a very happy environment. They have everything you could possibly need and then some. Try it you will love it. Chow O.G.OUT

I love this Dillard's. The selection isn't quite as variatous as the larger store in south Tulsa but with the items they do carry you will find a full range of sizes neatly organized in a clean store with pleasant employees. Never crowded, never disheveled, it's the hidden gem in an otherwise dead mall.

The lady at the perfume counter was MORE than helpful and extremely kind. The best part... She didn't know something and she actually told me... 'i don't know" then she went and FOUND OUT the correct answer!!! I appreciated her! Wished I would have caught her name!

I hope this Dillard's never goes away. I love everything about it, down to the covered parking. We have an employee we go to if he's there in men's. Doug. He's a blast. We'll definitely be back.

I had a wonderful sales lady help me and my
Daughter find me an outfit for my grandson’s wedding! When I walked up to her she noticed I was carrying a taupe colored gown! She took a look at me and said wait and came back with a beautiful dark blue pantsuit with a dress and jacket! It fit perfect. I paid for it and gave her a hug as she earned it!
