Very accessible from the highway. Fuel prices are very competitive. The location inside and out is kept very clean. The fueling area is stocked and inviting to customers. The cashier's are polite and helpful. Another place to get your smile on.

Everyone working here has been very friendly. Make sure to sign up for fuel rewards 5 cents off for fuel in today's prices is very handy

🪰🪰🪰🪰local flies give it 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! The women's bathroom is filthy, needs cleaning and general maintenance. There was liquid around the base of the toilet. It was either urine or the toilet is leaking. Either way it is gross but the flies loved it. There were a lot of flies when I walked in. I counted 14 flies in there while I was using the bathroom. That means they are breeding somewhere nearby and they are in there because it is nasty and they like it. That's unsanitary especially since they have a McDonald's in the store, too. When one of those flies escapes the dirty bathroom guess where they will go? Yup, wherever there is food out. Gross.

The Shell superstop used to be my favorite place to go in elpaso untill the following:
I have been going to that store for 3 years and I know there hours by heart ( closed from 2 - 4 A.M.) but when I go down there at 1:25, and I get told " Were closed earlier hours "when the sign you have hung up says closed from 2 - 4 A.M.. Then a few nights later a friend goes down there and your closed at 12:45 A.M. in the morning and your counting your drawer down.
So wow not once but twice you were closed when you weren't supposed to be with a sign up that says when your supposed to be closed.
I will still go there but only for convenience not for customer service, or reliability. Plus the store across the street has really good food believe it or not. I habe on my had a few of the dinners they cook but there fish dinner is good when they make it.

I hate this gas station but yet it's always crowded

They claim to be open 24 hours a day; however they close from 2 to 4 to clean. At 3:55 a.m. the sales lady would not let me in to go to the restroom. She said I had to wait until 4. Not only that she came out and told me I had to straighten my truck in the parking space so other customers could park. I could totally understand that if there were other customers there. It just so happens the other two customers that were waiting for them open the doors got tired of waiting and left before I did. Totally rude lady, and I use that term loosely, and just a crappy way all the way around to treat customers. In the 15 minutes I was there they lost three customers.

This Shell station/ McDonald's has to be one of the filthiest I have ever been in. I was looking to get something to drink and I was going to go to the restroom. I headed down the hall to the restroom and the smell was so bad down the hallway I didn't even bother. Found a different convenience store. Ugh.

I have been standing at the counter for 10 mins with no on in sight just a note that they are using the restroom and will be back

Never heard of a 22 hour gas station. As bad as that is i arrived with three minutes to spare only to find out that the overweight guy that drives a white jeep went ahead and closed early. Worthless.

Perfect example of why folks get paid minimum wage and why it shouldn't go up.

This place is filthy! Needs shut down before someone gets sick!!!
