Ram was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed . He was able to unlock my phone from the prior carrier and transfer my service to AT&T. I am very satisfied with my high sppeed internet service with AT&T.

Justin helped my wife and I pick out new phones for our needs and transferred everything seamlessly. Him and his co worker then put our screen protectors on without asking which was very appreciated.

I was having difficulty with my wearable watch not ringing when a call was coming thru my phone.
The 2 men that helped me out were Ram and Rob.
They resolved my issue within minutes and were very helpful and friendly...they are definitely an asset to AT&T

Ram was beyond helpful. My mom had a beyond old phone that wouldn’t turn on and needed to be replaced. She had zero access to her Apple account and basically thought she lost everything. Ram not only helped us get into her Apple account and transfer everything from the last backup, but was confident it would turn on eventually where he could get the remaining data from her phone… and he was right! He called her after hours to let her know her old phone had been sitting on their charger and turned on so we could come in the next day to do the transfer. He also helped me order my new iPhone. He was friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond for us. Thank you, Ram! You made our experience a breeze!!!!!

I was looking for my options to replace my IPone X and Dahiana answered all my questions in a courteous and helpful manner, including my Veterans discount and trade in for my old phone if I wanted toward the new IPhone 14. Customer service isn't gone just hard to find sometimes. Its alive and well at the North Andover AT&T store with Dahiana.

Andrew (Johnson) demonstrated great customer service. Went the extra mile to make sure i had any discount or services that may apply to me. Definitely bought accessories for going the extra mile. Thanks Andrew! Would definitely come back to this store.

Great customer service, good vibes, respectful

I went in wanting to review my plan and wound up getting rid of unwanted charges and upgrading my phone. The process with Dahiana was very smooth. She was able to answer all my questions and actually stayed with me while my data was transferring. I've been to other stores and have never been treated this well. This is a topnotch outfit.

Justin is the rep you need to go fo he takes his time with customer goes over everything and is very thorough I would recommend him as your sales guy

My wife and I went into AT&T store in North Andover because I had lost my iPhone. Ram was so nice and patient with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the process painless. I highly recommend Ram and this store.

I went into the store today to pick up an online order of a new iPhone. The store was extremely clean. The employees were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of meeting Ram, who was unbelievably kind and was very helpful in choosing accessories that I was unsure of. No pressure and he was very honest about both the pros and cons without trying to lead me to the “biggest and best”. Kindness goes a long way, I highly recommend asking for Ram! Awesome dude!

Ram is always very informative and helpful he is so dedicated to his job and takes pride in making sure you know everything about you new phone.He always goes above and beyond. When I go into the store if he is busy with another customer I will wait till he is available.

Kate was incredibly helpful. She made the process stress free and was interested in what we needed and what we wanted to do with our phone plan. Ram, the store manager, also helped us get the best deal and I am so glad we went there to adjust our phone plan. Will definitely be back for future phone needs!

Dahanna and Rom at the North Andover AT and T srore did a fantastic job of helping after the ATT customer service phone number completely messed up and caused me hours of unnecessary time with inaccurate information but because of my great experience with Rom and Dahanna I will continue with your phone company .

Dihiana at the North Andover Mall AT&T store was extremely helpful with my upgrade to an iPhone 14 after I lost my old iPhone over the weekend. I am self admittedly technology challenged and she walked me through the start up and recovery of my iCloud items and my apps. I could not have figured this out without her help. Thanks Dihiana!
