I was an ATT customer and I switched over to Verizon. Andrew made this quick and easy and was great. I also got some great promos and an Apple Watch! Thanks for the help!

The sales representative was very helpful this holiday season. He helped me restart my phone and showed me how to reset it in the future. I have a family plan through Verizon and they've always been great to me. Thanks again!

My phone was not taking a charge, so I came to the Verizon store here in Crestwood. The guy there was helpful and helped me do a warranty claim. I also purchased a cool battery charger too. 5 stars!!!!

Came into the Verizon store today to set up my galaxy watch. He showed me how to use it and how to fix it if it happens again. I've always came to this store with any issues. I also have the Internet and that's really fast. Thanks again guys for the help.

I came to the Verizon Crestwood store to get an iPad. I got great service. We had to order the case and screen protector. I came back today to pick it up and Andrew the guy at the store put everything on for me. He was fast and painless.

I arrived here at the Crestwood store on a Saturday morning and we got fast service with no wait! My phone was not working and the guy at the store fixed it and put on a new screen protector on my phone. 5 star service!!!!!

I'm at the verizon in Crestwood and I got a new phone and the guy helped me with getting all my accessories and explaining the bill. He also helped transfer all my data onto my new phone. I will always get my phones here.

I had to do a warranty replacement for my phone. I brought the phone up to the Verizon store here in Crestwood where Andrew helped me set it up and restore it so get all my data on the new phone. He also put a screen protector on for me. Thank you!!!

Went in to update my husband's phones and while picking out his new phone I mentioned I didn't recommend the Motorola phone because mine is always overheating and it's annoying. The representative told me that wasn't normal and did some trouble shooting and was able to call in a warranty replacement for me. I didn't even know that they could do that for me. So glad I know this now. I was so grateful for the help and knowledge of the representative. Would definitely recommend this store!

Had issues with my phone where the phone was adding apps by itself and I couldn't get it to work. Very unhappy with the old phone I had. Rep was very helpful and nice and got my phone working again. I always recommend people to come to this store! They are amazing

I was just happy to take this opportunity to talk about the Verizon shop in Crestwood. My husband and I've been here many times for the assistance to get ideas and we have purchased variety of phones that work well, we don't have any trouble enjoy him. They're fun to work with and get a lot of help when we come from the people who work here. They are all pleasant, on top of the technology, understand what's going on with the phones and help us a lot. This is a good place to come.

Phone battery was having issues. Needed a fix. Reps did a great job helping out. Additionally had text message issues later that day and got the fixed quickly. Would recommend anyone to stop here anytime they need any help! Thanks Verizon!

I came here after the La Grange store told me they had no sim card that would work with my Galaxy Note 9. Shane was very helpful. He had the sim card. He transferred all my info from my old phone which was a little hard because of the age and size of my old Note 5. I purchased a cable for the car and upgraded our lines to unlimited. He was very thorough.
