I was watching prices on a firearm before the holidays from several retailers and missed out on a solid deal and was kicking myself since, until I saw a screaming price on iAMMO, which beat out the price I missed out on. I immediately placed an order.

Megan made several attempts via email and phone to contact my chosen FFL, she immediately notified me via email of the issue and together we were able to finally get a hold my FFL to send their information over. (They forgot to update their public email and at the time had an ATF check-up going on 👀)

Anyway, I called iAMMO to verify if they had received my FFL's info, but I hung up because I received a notification that Megan had emailed me back confirming the receipt. Shortly after I hung up I got a phone call from iAMMO, it was Megan! She called because she had a missed call from my number. I apologized for hanging up and thanked her for the awesome customer service. She confirmed my FFL's info and said she should be able to get the firearm out the same day. About an hour later I received tracking info! The firearm arrived at my FFL the following day (I live one state over).

Overall great experience with iAMMO and spectacular customer service from Megan!

If You want great customer service, with a great price then you better call. Their customer service is outstanding. My order was shipped the very next day and arrived within 3 days. This was my first purchase, but I am a customer for life. Thanks to the CEO Terry.

Amazing service must have shipped out day of order. No one ships guns out that fast usually wait a week or more. Also best price I could find on a CZ 75. Will use again.

iAmmo is great! I had some questions about my order and it was answered immediately and the order processed quickly. Shipping was also fast and received my product at my FFL without a single issue.

iAmmo.com is now the only place I check online for any gun or ammo purchase I'm intending to make. They have staffed their company (NetBallistics LLC) with a young lady named Megan, and she always aims to go over the top when it comes to providing excellent Customer Service. I've dealt with many CS reps in the past since most of my purchases are made online and I can say without hesitation that Megan is the Best of the Best and iAmmo is lucky to have her as their Customer's first line of contact, I always call just to make sure the gun or ammo is available before I place an online order since I know as quickly as the guns and ammo are selling from all online distributors at the moment the in-stock quantities reflected on their site maybe incorrect.
Due to this skyrocketing pace of sales brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic don't be surprised or disappointed if it takes a couple of days to get your order through their system and out the door but just be assured that you're getting the best price possible and if there is an occasional hiccup take comfort in the fact that their CS Department will do their best to make it right.
My local FFL dealer has tried to match their prices but every time thus far he admits he would be losing money if he dropped his price to match iAmmo's prices.
