Pilot Travel Center

This was my first time at a Pilot Travel Center and I will certainly be back after my experience! It was very clean and tidy and well stocked. I appreciated that the bathroom stalls were more private as opposed to the typical ones where people can peer through the gaps in the walls. There was plenty of food options, pumps available, and a lot of parking for both cars and semi's. I am very pleased with my expertise here!

I visit this truck stop twice a week. I like this place. But today I have a gripe. I put whole milk iny coffee from the dispenser. I get down the road only to taste my coffee with the sweetened coffee creamer 😡 That stuff makes me sick 😡 Good thing I only took a sip, had to dump it out! 😡

I recently visited New Mexico after a long time and was impressed by the brand new Pilot Travel Center. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering much-needed parking space. The PJ Fresh section offers a variety of prepared foods, while McDonald's provides fast food options. Overall, I was pleased with my experience at the Pilot Travel Center.

Beautiful big showers nice location! Mid-Small parking lot.

Stayed here over night and it was perfect. Food was good, staff was friendly and the showers were so clean and smelled so good. Parking lot for the rigs is pretty small so get here early or you won't find a spot

Truck parking is on well conditions. Let's consider it is a new pilot. And I hope my fellow drivers keep decent and walk a little to put trash where it belongs.

This pilot is obviously brand new, EVERYTHING works in here. Only low water pressure at the face basins in the restrooms, it was such a pleasure to come to this truck stop and be greeted with courtesy.

Great customer service!! The restrooms are clean, food & snack selection are great. My husband is a truck driver & I came along with him. We felt very safe here. The managers Frank & Nick were very friendly! Will be making this is our truck stop destination any time we are in the ABQ area.

Last night there was only one person working, she was doing all she could by herself helping people and keeping the store clean, Margie had all the coffee fresh and was over there pushing a broom while helping customers, this place is the only truck stop I come to when in Albuquerque...

I had a great experience with a women named ms.margie I was actually having a issue at another pilot In she directed me to this one over the phone I was greeted soon as I walked threw the door In She immediately assisted me I had a great experience. She is a wonderful person in I want to leave this rewiew because people like her are what Trucker’s need at these travel centers just very respectful & polite I want to thank ms.Margie in I hope someone above that reads this review acknowledges you because you are amazing store#1106

Fully stocked with clean restrooms. Staff was friendly.

Bathrooms, store, parking lot, really the entire site is VERY clean. Lots of parking. Music does play all night but you can’t hear it over the trucks. The road passing by is well trafficked and pretty loud. Everything inside is pretty overpriced but that’s to be expected. Felt very safe.

Clean, new Pilot truck stop. The manager is friendly, greeting people at the door and he's also a veteran. He runs the cash registers and food counter as well, but is not too busy to chat with customers.
Also, the food was hot and fresh with no evidence of it sitting underneath the heat lamps for awhile.

This location is the best place for taking shower and clean bathroom and the good thing is that their employees are super nice friendly and helpful and respectful with the customers and also they are couples of females employees are super nice respectful and helpful and also Tanya she’s very kind and nice lady and they is a male employee his name is Greg he is also super nice and respectful and helpful person and I recommend everyone that visit this location for sure 🙂😃😀

NEW store! Although it’s a small Pilot, it’s very accommodating to truckers with a pristine atmosphere similar to NEW Love’s stores. Shower 3 had hot, comfortable, soft water.

Extremely clean place! Very welcoming - the staff is so nice!! Definitely encourage you to stop and grab a slice of pizza. Yummy!!

FOR TRUCKERS.Not alot of parking but they have 2shower heads & a shower wand. Very clean. Saved in my fav truck stops list!

This is a really nice pilot. Parking lot is very clean and easy access to the parking spots. Very nice staff. Overall a very nice new location.
