Definitely one of the best vape shop here in Rome Georgia. The staff is friendly and kind and will always help you with whatever you need and it doesn’t matter what the issue is. They always try to help you figure out what the issue is and get everything all for you and make sure you do everything the right way that you always need to. Mark is the owner is a phenomenal man!!

I just made a visit tonight after calling about an item, and the gentlemen was so nice on the phone I made the trip across town instead of going somewhere closer by. Garron (sp?) was awesome! I loved the way he was able to carry on conversation that made me feel comfortable and instantly attached to the business. He had a lot of knowledge, and I cannot wait to go back.

Very helpful staff, also knowledgeable. I've been shopping here for months and only here. I had a bad experience at another vape shop, but this one has never let me down. Their products are what they say. The prices are very reasonable. There is a rewards program available to everyone. Overall the shop is really nice. The people I've spoken to have been very friendly and kind. I will continue to shop here for as long as they're a part of Rome.

Great customer service and they seem to be very knowledgeable in every question i ask or are willing to look into and walk through any product you ask about.

Great experience every time I have gone. As someone who bought a basic, knockoff pen from another store 3 years ago, they have been awesome in helping me adjust to the new products and how to choose a proper juice.

The staff there are always very knowledgeable and glad to help in any way they can.

Great shop with variety if vapes, juice, etc. Some of the best customer service I've ever received came out of this place. Every associate I've dealt with is very personable and dedicated to taking care of their customers. this is the place to go to for you vaping needs!
