AT&T Store

Went in as my phone would not turn on even though in perfect condition. They took a look, brought up my plan, and clearly discussed all my options. After trying to go to a repair store, I went back and Ethan was able to help me from start to finish in getting a new phone. He assisted with setup, plan/bill details, and making sure I was good to go. They were busy but provided great service.

I came in With my Sister-In-law to get an IPhone transferred over to a newer IPhone. Sales Rep Nighferl did exactly what we wanted. He took his time to transfer every little thing we had on our phones.
He made a smooth seamless transfer. He then offered TV and internet service. He was able to beat the price that I was paying for cable and internet with my previous provider. Store manager was also involved and helped with the smooth transition. Overall a great experience. Very satisfied with my new upgraded iPhone, Internet, and Cable services.

The reviews on this place have been misrepresented. This location has a bad reputation based off its wait times. However, I believe it's due to the quality the employees put into each person's experience. I was assisted by Ethan on Thursday and although the establishment was short staffed he was very attentive to my questions, helped me lower my monthly rate, and even set me up with a new phone within an hour. During the time there he greeted every person that walked in the door, ensuring that someone would be available to help them in a timely matter.

Great service Upgraded to IPhone 15 from an 8 plus paired to Apple watch 8. I had user issues regarding passwords which had accumulated over several years. It was very challenging BUT they solved them all. And were helpful and cheerful throughout

Time for another iPhone! This time it was for the iPhone 15 Pro Max! My sister and I went on a whim at 5:00 at night! Total impulse buy but what fun we had! Anyway, absolutely no wait at all. Jay waited on us immediately. He listened to want we wanted and made it happen. Nice young man with a thorough knowledge of the phones and indeed an expert at his profession. Friendly, charismatic. He transferred the stuff on my old phone to the new phone with no glitches whatsoever. He demonstrated the new features on the iPhone 15. Great guy! I highly recommend Rehoboth Beach’s AT&T Store on Coastal. This is my second purchase through them since I moved to this area four years ago.

Upgraded my phone with Tommy, he was really awesome. Made it super simple, very friendly, knowledgeable, an all around great manager and salesman. As for the store there's a wide selection, whatever you're looking for is probably here or they have something comparable. Highly recommend.

The representative that speaks Spanish was very nice . Several people came in while I was there requesting him . They did not seem to mind waiting for him.

Very helpful and courteous salesman. He has also helped us several times in our purchases over the past. The entire area around Lewes had no electricity for quite a while and he still managed to help customers.

As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by Marcus. In the two hours we were there he upgraded to of my lines and opened a new account for a friend of mine who was there with us. He was very nice and friendly and took care of all of our cell phone needs. My daughters left there very happy with their upgrades. Thank you so much Marcus for making us all feel like long time friends. My 13 year old loved the Jordan sneakers conversation. Lol! I would definitely recommend the Lewes store to everyone.

My wife and I stopped in recently to upgrade our phones and both employees we worked with were amazing. They were knowledgeable, helpful, had a great sense of humor and overall our experience was about as pleasant as it can be. Highly recommend this store, at least mid-week in the evening.
