Starbucks

Stopped on the way to Seattle. Relatively new location, very modern and clean. It's near the Joint Bases of Fort Lewis and McCord so they do a great job of honoring our soldiers. The staff was also friendly. Nice stop!

The most efficient Starbucks I have been to in the United States. The staff is very friendly and quick to get your request filled. I wish this store and these employees were in my city/neighborhood. Keep up the good work and hope to be back soon.

We were traveling with a baby and had a huge blow out in the cars eat. Stopped here and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us as we tried to get everything cleaned up and back on the road. They had a great sense of humor about it all and helped us in every way they could. I really appreciate being treated like guests instead of customers when we were stressed and in over our head a bit. It takes a community to support families and the staff here gets that.

Really nice Starbucks location. My London Fog was delicious. Store and bathroom were spotless. Everyone working were friendly. This is a special location being so close to joint base Lewis-McChord they honor those serving and those who've served. They had a special memorial set up for several past customers.

The baristas here have known me by name for over a year now. They go above and beyond to make a connection, and have always greeted me and gone above and beyond. For example, I thought my app had put my purchase in but it glitched, so arriving I had no coffee waiting. I had to get going because of work (I work in the same parking lot-ish), so I told them I would be back on break. Instead, the barista hopped on, made my usual, and had me re-submit my app order. I had my drink in 2 minutes, and was early to work even. Thank you so much for going out of your way for your customers, it's so appreciated.

This is my favorite Starbucks refuel-rest stop on my drive to Portland. The staff is so friendly and the space is welcoming. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The to-go orders are always correct. I wish I could stay longer, but I've got miles to go!

Placed a mobile order but went to the wrong Starbucks. Anthony noticed we had been waiting a while and asked what about our order. That's when I discovered we had gone to the wrong location. He filled the order. This is customer service! Food and drinks were out in minutes. This will be my go to Starbucks when I am away from home. Thank you for the excellent service.

The drive thru line was lengthy but service was quick and my drink was consistent with other locations

Well, you can never go wrong with a Starbucks coffee, and if you don't like it, they'll always make you another one. It'd be much better if the baristas got a raise, they sure deserve it!

My family and I always go to this Starbucks (especially the drive thru) and have good experiences! I’m not sure of the name of the drive thru associate today (4/19) from 10-11am, but they’re always really accommodating every time I come here! There was some miscommunication (probably from me) with my order, but they were sure to provide great service and amend it as quickly as possible. The associate was overall super friendly and helpful, so just wanted to give them a shout out! And if there’s any raise or bonus available, they definitely deserve it! I will continue to come back here regularly. :)

The new location is really nicely suited there's power outlets across the wall and plenty much more seating with better lighting there's also an outdoor patio area. Due to covered the seating right now is only half capacity. The new drive-thru is awesome!

Always a super great experience here! They are always busy but always have time for a little chat, and that means a lot these days! Somehow they manage to keep the drive thru moving quickly, without losing the personal touch. Absolutely fantastic!

Really decent spot, the egg muffin sandwiches are always made well and the staff put together a decent frap. A little chatty for 5 am, but better friendly than not. Highly recommend pumpkin muffins if they're brought back!

Always relaxing and the workers were attentive and nice. Even offered hot water to warm my baby's bottle
