Jalisco Tortilla Factory

I used to buy my tortillas from a local restaurant when I lived in Oregon. Moved here and no luck. Found Jalisco’s and couldn’t be happier. My enchiladas shown are ready for sauce and cheese. Was told these were some of my best. Glad I have a place to get my tortillas again.

This is our favorite shop in Shelton. We always support local. We have tried a lot of little businesses, shops, and restaurants in town. This is our favorite and one we return to regularly. The avocado salsa and chips are a hit with the family. They also carry peanuts from CB Nuts. Very friendly staff!

Great find with awesome selection of red Hot, medium and mild salsa but I tried the green verde with Avocado and I am hooked!. I bought some salsa and chips to take home but only half made it home because I couldn’t stop testing it 😋.
The tortillas are also very good especially being able to choose different sizes in both corn and flower tortillas.
There are many other items to pick from all around the store.

They've remodeled since I've last been. It's an adorable shop with lots of tasty treats. Swing by when you're in town or take a road trip, cause the salsa verde is worth the gas $.

Best fresh Tortillas in the Puget Sound area. I'm a big fan of the Verde Salsa too! They carry a variety of chili peppers and cheeses also.

Caritas on Saturday (only) were amazing! Love the homemade tortillas and chips. Try their hot salsa also home made

How do they do it? Fresh and crazy delicious salsa. Friendly and above and beyond service.

I love their fresh tortillas, and on Saturdays you can get pork and a red sauce for carnitas.
