Kohl's

Friendly and helpful! I had called earlier to make sure this store had overalls. They transferred me to the correct department that confirmed they did have some. When I got there they were actively reorganizing and placing clothes items back on racks from the dressing room. I wandered around for about 2 minutes scanning around looking for where they could have the overalls. A staff member asked how I was doing and if I needed some help, I told her what I was looking for and she was able to quickly point me in the correct area and have another staff member, who I believed I talked to on the phone prior, meet me in the area so I was able to secure a pair of overalls, after trying them on of course to make sure they fit! Made me feel like my business was important and they help me very quickly get what I was looking for!

Lovely well lit store! Well stocked and quiet for a Friday afternoon. Plenty of sales going on!

I had never had a good experience at an Sephora located inside a Kohl's. On Sunday my daughter and I had a wonderful experience with an associate named Lucy. She was personable, patient and very knowledgeable about the cosmetic lines and the inventory. She helped us find the perfect lip color and took time with us even though she was the only associate there and was assisting the other customers as well and working the register. Lucy was awesome.

This is my wife's favorite store and she visit almost every week. Kohl's has always good sales and coupons on top of that. They also offer Kohl's cash of 10$ for every 50$ spent. We always find everything we need in cheap price
The staff here is very polite and professional. Kohl's has very leaning return policy. The prices are reasonable.

I was disappointed that I could not use my coupon purchasing cosmetics. Instead, I purchased some girl's underwear for our school nurses to have on hand for students who have accidents. The clerk was extremely kind. The package said it had 5 pairs, but there were only 4. She discounted the price without my suggesting her doing so.

Went to return an Amazon package, and the gentleman that helped me was really nice. I didn't get his name, but he wears glasses. The store also looks great with the Sephora addition

Love the option to take all my amazon return items here, since they moved from Carrier Pkwy to here, the store isn't the same, they don't have the same inventory, they have less inventory, miss the old store. All employees are nice and helpful here, always

The Kohl’s location in Grand Prairie has some of the most helpful and courteous employees. Luz was helpful in my decision on which top to buy. She is pleasant and very courteous. They always greet with a smile and make sure that you found everything needed. The store is always clean. I enjoy that Amazon is in the store as well, and that Kohl’s gives a 20% on an Amazon return to shop in the store..

Bri was the best. She helped me by finding out what happened to my kohls cash. She took care of it fast. That is what you call customer service.

Sizes were mixed no sales clerk was near me at any time I was there,they were too busy,I have a pair of pants that truly like but a slight difference,are to try and exchange them other than no sales clerk Koh's is my favorite place to shop

Store closing due to new location which by the way I feel is a huge mistake. They should keep both stores open. (My opinion) beautiful jewelry items sales clerk was patient and kind got me through choosing gifts.
Store is slowly being emptied cleared out for transition to new location. But go to this Kohl's for the amazing sale 60% off so get over there.

I needed some help because I had trashed my clothes and needed something quick. Sales associate helped me find a skirt my size and color I wanted and I was in and out of the store in less than 10 min.

I've never been to this store and was pretty impressed. Some items were quite expensive but I understand you just have to wait for the deal.
