If you have never been in one or it has been awhile. Just know that the smell it gonna hit you like a brick wall. The mixture of scents are powerful. Customer service is top notch, every worker is willing to help you out. The workers will actually take the time to help you find anything you may need.

This location was like most others I've been too. Very well stocked, very clean, and very helpful and friendly staff. I got a few items that were on a major sale, and I was very happy. I love going into these stores and getting so many great smelling candles, lotions, sprays, etc. Give them a visit and get all of your needs met.

Please, if you have not checked out the Bath and Body Works inside of the Galleria Mall, then you're missing out! Blue, the manager of Bath and Body Works, is awesome sauce! Blue is so helpful and will recommend you the best products in Bath and Body Works. I have shopped at other Bath and Body Works, and this one has the most helpful and friendly employees. Go and check them out! You won't be disappointed!

A cashier forgot to bag one of my items, and Mickey went above and beyond when I sent someone to pick it up. Empathized with my situation over the phone, and had it ready to go, with an apology card when it was picked up.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! Knew what kind of scents to recommend and all of the good deals. I love going to this place especially if I want to gift something to someone! If I could, I would spend lots of time trying all the different scents but alas my nose will begin to blend it all the same!

Great deals. The associate name Blue was the most helpful associate I ever encountered. Crystal was our cashier and she was radiant, she made us feel welcomed. It's like we gained two more children.

Love everything and anything this place has to offer.They are always creative with new and exciting scents especially with the candle scents. On my way now to get a car scent refill. The hair sprays are awesome too

This Bath & Body Works has great customer service. I always say I'm going in just for a smell, but I always leave having bought something. What can I say I love the service and the products!

I can’t believe it!! I have a favorite manager she works at the Irving store and I saw her here! She has pink hair and the best customer service I have ever received. I was hoping she was moving to this store but she told me she was just helping. If you haven’t met her yet her name is Amylee and she is magnificent! You can tell she loves her job and always has the most helpful tips and knows sooo much her smile and energy is contagious! Please bath and body keep her here!

The Galleria mall has a unique Bath & Body Works, this place is actually allows you to use the hand soap but there is more to this place. I love this place because of the new types of candles that they had and they offer a whole range of the seasons fall candles which are very good better than anything you can think of. I am definitely interested in this place I am interested in coming back a lot.

I haven't been to a bad Bath & Body Works, and what I liked most about this one was the layout. I only shop at Bath & Body Works for 3-wick candles, bottled hand soaps, and wallflowers (and refills). The store had 2 entrances. Wallflowers, hand soaps, and most of the candles were in one section. The body care products were in the other side of the store. Both sides of the store had a checkout area. I appreciated the assistance that I received from the staff. One staff member helped me find a wallflower that was on display, and another staff member recommended certain 3-wick candles to me. The latter staff member also alerted me to when their mid-year semi annual sale would occur. I think this will be my go-to store for purchasing Bath & Body Works products in person.

What a great store . I really liked the products they have . Everything is so great . We glad to have a store like this . We actually need it . The location and body spray are amazing smalls really nice and fresh for daily use . I have gifted so many of them . This store a life saver .
