We love going to 7-11’s. Moving from ND back to TX is a treat in seeing them.. Staff is always helpful. This is a shout out to the 7-11 staff/owner on Highway 82, in Whitesboro, TX… Keep Up the “Great Work”. You’re doing such a great job… The other day, (the day before Thanksgiving), your customer line was out of the door…👍It just maybe-e-e-e time to expand… lol. No worries. We’re “NOT”, going away. So I would give a higher rating but they are always short staffed. There's one cashier name tag is Tina and she is all by herself alot. And I stop in there almost every morning. But she is still pleasant and does her best to get the long line taken care of. She is always smiling. The store and bathrooms have always been clean.

Like most of the other reviews very tight area for parking and fuel. I never take the dually there only if it is early morning. Stopped in yesterday to get something to drink. The kid at the counter had Metallica blasting so loud it was insane. If I was the manager I would have instructed him to back that volume down, like way down or off. And this is from a Metallica fan.

I burn my right hand getting French vanilla, the lead came off and ask for help! Ask for manager never came out and nobody helped! No rag or ice nothing!Don’t go to this store!

Very rude customer service.
Wings rang up higher than the sign stated, not a big deal just mentioned it to the cashier. He rerang up the item as $12 and said “you can pay this since you won’t stop talking.”

None of the staff is trained enough to redeem rewards from the app, and most of the hot food they advertise to serve 24 hours is never available any later than 10 pm or so. Almost defeats the purpose of having a 7/11 open at these hours at some of the best things they’re known for don’t exist at this location. Might as well go to alsups on the other side of the highway, they always have just what you need, and far cheaper than 7/11.

bought cigarettes, Gave me the wrong kind. Tried to returned them store said the wont change it due to policy. Even though they could not show me the policy. Never buying there again hope you all would do the same.

The pumps are designed to fuel matchbox cars. LOL! Only one vehicle can fit into a double pump lane.
They did not do much community research with this location, everyone drives trucks around here and you can hardly move around this tiny parking lot.

Spent ten minutes putting a big order together made hot dogs got drinks got to front total was high… I figured out one of the discounts wasn’t on there I pointed the sign to them they said it’s an old sign they must of missed it and it’s no good….. K I willl go spend my 40 bucks somewhere else over 1 dollar simply out of principle
