We want to give big thanks to Matthew from the home audio department!! He approached us to offer help and knew the pros and cons of each product. He got us better quality at the same price. He was very polite, friendly and knows his job well. We always have wonderful customer service experiences at this location and this time was no different. Highly recommend!

I visited Best Buy in Corpus about 3 weeks ago to purchase a printer and I also needed a tower, and this nice and very informative young man named Angle came to assist me. Since I am a senior retired lady not that savy in the technology age, he spent quite a bit of time jwith me, he was patient and kind. I could not decide so I walked out with no purchase, I came back to buy the items looking for Angel, and again so kind and patient and he even remembered me. I told him that I had looked for him because I wanted him to get the commission and he said they did not get paid commission. So very long story short, Angel must love his job because he is so good at it!

Went to get a universal remote for a TV we got second hand and they said we had two weeks to return it if it didn't work out. It didn't and we returned it no hassle. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Walked in at 10:07 am. Stood in front of RING Surveillance Cameras. An employee walked by me . Asked the lady next to me if she needed assistance. Didn’t even acknowledge me. 7 min. Passed by & an employee by the name of Samantha asked if she could help me. She explained the RING VIDEO DOORBELL & the “Quick Release Battery. Bought them both. Store is clean & neatly arranged.

People are always on the floor, happy to help, staff seems to have a good amount of product knowledge to answer your questions accurately. The selection at this store, is pretty good. However, the exception of some sections and shelves being empty. But it's understandable from the shortages and such. All in all, great visit to the Best Buy in Corpus Christi!

I like to go to Best Buy to check out the latest tech. Whether it be the latest cell phones or the latest laptop. I'm amazed at all the high quality TVs, all of which have such good picture quality that you can make out the small detail.

Stopped in with a problem with a radio bought at a different Best Buy. Troubleshoot, replace a cable, out in 10 minutes at just the price of the cable. Thanks!!

I like how they changed the check outs. It was a time saver for me to be able to pay for my purchase in the back of the store and not have to wait in a long line at the front.

They basically have all your electronics friendly staff workers very clean and plenty of parking.

Love having the option of ordering online and picking up in store. I’m a BBCC holder and the rewards with the card are pretty great too, and I love that you can stack them. Very clean store, good selection of items. Staff is helpful.

Building a new home and ordered all of my appliances from Best Buy. The microwave arrived with a dent in the door, took it back to the store and gave me a new one with no issues.

First let me state that I never write reviews but this young man deserves a mountain of compliments. I came to the Best Buy store to speak to the Apple specialist . I had purshased a new Apple phone from my phone carrier. I left the phone carrier store very frustrated. After spending hours at home trying to send my backup to the new phone and not getting anywhere , I went to Best Buy for help. Suliman the Apple Specialist was wonderful, respectful, knowledgeable and patient. I received the needed help from this young man. He didn’t let me leave until the phone was set up properly and loaded with my old phone info. His PR skills and Apple knowledge was fantastic. Best Buy and Apple are very lucky to have an employee who love Apple products and share that with the customer. I gave him the greatest compliment I could, I told him his mother would be very proud of him!! Need Apple help , look for Suliman.

Very helpful employees, I did have trouble selecting the correct RAM and extra storage for my outdated computer. Their return policy alleviated the probability of frustration.
