When I went to this location, the manager Cory made the whole process easy, pleasant, and effective, his service was exceptional.

Best AT&T in the neighborhood. Service and customer care is amazing! Tianna always provides the best deals 100% recommended if you stop by ask for her you won’t regret it. She will welcome you with a bright smile in her face!

Jocelyn and Her coworker were very great. Store got VERY busy and everyone was helped and questions answered. Process took less time than I usually experience in upgrading phones. Jocelyn knows what she is doing and even when bouncing around with multiple customers got me out of store quickly. They do a great job in this busy location!!!

Best customer service, clean environment, everyone is so nice and Tianna is so professional she offers the best deals! 100% recommended they make everyone qualify for a discount.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the AT&T store!! Nikki was professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming! She got my life together with AT&T TV, registered, & walked me through the entire process, effortlessly; also, she made sure that I got all eligible rewards. Not only do I recommend AT&T, but I recommend her!

My husband and I went in to ask about pricing and plans. Nikki approached us and was super helpful. She walked us through our options for getting new lines and we ended up opening them the same day. We are super happy with the service we received!

The Associate Nikki Cupino that helped me out today was excellent! Her vast knowledge of apple products and patience with explaining my cellular plan to me so that I understood every detail was surprisingly an enjoyable experience. In addition it was her warm down to earth personality that superseded my visit that I usually dread. I came in for something minor and ended up buying a new phone,watch,headphones & a charger all due to this young lady’s comforting demeanor. This is by far the best experience I’ve had coming into an AT&T store. ☺

Kamrin was very knowledgeable about the products in store. He also made me aware of a few changes to the insurance that were beneficial to me. I received excellent customer service and will be visiting this location when needed from now on.

Jocelyn is an AMAZING human! She was very helpful. The other 2 workers were nice as well. Jocelyn is super adorable and I’ll definitely be back :)

I went into the Fuqua location to update me phone and was Immediately greeted by Nikki and Andrea. They were extremely friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and helped me upgrade to the phone I needed.
I would recommend anyone needing anything with AT&T to visit them at the Fuqua location.

Me and my wife went to this AT&T to pay off our old iphones and get upgrades. Zach set us up with new iPhone 12 pros. He was very knowledgeable and patient with some of our probably stupid questions. Overall , a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

Walked in was greeted with a big smile!
Eric sat us down asked what we were interested in. After explaining Eric & Nikki came up with a solution that fit my needs.
Gotta hand it to the nice folks here @ AT&T Fuqua location, they sure know the cellphone business!

Extremely nice. This store is alittle out of my way. The one I go to was closed due to power. The gentleman that helped me was so nice and helpful. I got my iPhone and new service.
