Sweetest store owners just like their shop! Lov ethe selection of taffy and has a great variety of classic American candy! Tried every flavor I found interesting and the prive for the taffy was soo cheap!

All the charm of a traditional candy shop, it’s an experience for children . The taffy is wonderful, the fudge is delicious, they have candy I can’t find anywhere else. It’s wonderful . We’ve been going for a long time and it hasn’t lost its charm.

A hidden gem but worth the stop. Very friendly and the chocolates are delicious.

My son and I have been frequent visitors of The Candy House to see Mr. Baker for the majority of my son’s 9 years. We visited today for the first time since his passing and found the new owners absolutely wonderful. We are so happy that they kept the old fashioned vibe that the Baker’s blessed our community with for so many generations. I kept expecting Mr. Baker to walk in while wearing one of his trademark exciting paisley print shirts. We’re looking forward to continuing our regular visits. New owners, thank you so much for respecting the tradition of this Woodlands legacy! You’re doing an amazing job! Wishing you much success for many years to come!

This place is the best, an impressive variety for a small store, it's like an old traditional "candy shop." the older couple that runs it are amazingly sweet and it seems like they only stock the cutest stuffed animal. I would recommend this place to everyone

We were on a hunt for the pizza place next door and ran into this little hidden gem! I’m so glad we did. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with the warmest smile and welcome from Mr. Baker. We walked out with a few gifts for our nieces and quite a bit of candy. He promised us their truffles were worth every penny and then some, he was not wrong. They’re AMAZING! We sampled some fudge which is also delicious! Some places have decent quality product but lack great customer service. I promise this place has the best of both! We will definitely be back.

The best little candy store!!! I love the decorations and one of a kind items you find here! Recently they did a custom basket for me - it was incredible! And the cheese popcorn…oh my gosh…it is unreal!! I love that another family bought the store to continue the Candy House legacy!

We heard of this shop recently through an appeal to support local business. We went in an effort to show support. It is a very nice mom and pop candy store. Many items were sold out due to the recent show of support and the shop was very busy! We did not mind the wait. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
We opted for the homemade fudge and popcorn and were not disappointed in the quality. We do plan to return.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time today and are so happy we did! We met Don, the owner, who is 88 years old and still running the place solo! I don't know anyone that age who is still running a business almost entirely on their own. The place is very welcoming. They make their own fudge, and their own cheese and caramel popcorn, and they'll even mix it just like Garrett's in Chicago. Skip the big chains and pay Don a visit!

Quaint mom and pop candy shop carrying an old town feel. Apparently, some of the other tenants in the shopping center have been around 30+ years too.

I LOVE THE CANDY HOUSE! Fabulous candy, bringing back childhood memories, and the popcorn flavors are great! Dont forget to stop by the truffle case, there is always something new to try!

Very friendly with a great selection. They didn’t have my cherry sours today but they have them on order and the awesome person helping me let me know when to stop back by.

The owners are the sweetest people I have ever met in my entire life. Every time I go to the store I have a multitude of childhood memories flooding back to me. There candy is always fresh and tastes amazing, and it's affordable! Please go in and you won't be disappointed! I am one picky sweet treat type of person and this is the only candy store I can go in and I have a problem finding something I don't like. I usually hate sweets unless it's from here! I wish everyone would come in and buy some candy, if one place in the woodlands deserves your business it's this one!

A little off the beaten path but worth the trip. Very nice selection, great hospitality and service. This is a local shop, and the owner seems to love what he is doing and is very friendly and sociable. They had a great selection of candies and fudge, they even had some different varieties of popcorn that made in house and were very good.

My kids love this place and the wonderful man that runs it. He makes it fun for everyone. The popcorn he makes is delicious. Great selection of candy. Key lime taffee is my favorite. Salted caramels are my wife's favorite. If you live in or near the Woodlands don't miss out on this gem.

I have been visiting the Bakers for over 10 years, and have shared my life with them. Veteran owned and passionate about each person that walks through their doors! Amazing homemade fudge, love Tiger Butter and Rocky Road. The truffles and candy selection is far beyond anyone, with homemade popcorn. The cheese popcorn is ridiculously delicious! So many stories to shate, ask away...

Awesome, family owned business that has been operating since the late 80's. If you are not in a rush, have a good chat with the owner. He will have the time for you & you just might learn something interesting from him.
This is how it used to be when people had the time to "talk about nothing in particular."

First time going here. Best fudge I've ever had in my life! Great candy selection and the man that owns the place is so generous and sweet he sparked up an awesome conversation with me and my boyfriend while we were looking around. Will definitely be visiting this place much more often! (: I would for sure recommend this place to anyone!

He has many varieties of candy and fudge. He also has many old classis candies from the past when I was a kid over 40 yes ago that are still around. He has many things that your retail store does not; very reasonable prices, and friendly service with a smile. He always gives samples to little kids, and strikes up a great conversation with you. The owner is also a Navy Veteran, so please remember to thank him for his service to our great nation. He'd love to tell ya some Navy stories as well. Just ask him.
