The facility itself is tidy, well lit, and organized. I was particularly impressed with the redemption center. There was no overbearing smell of cleaning products and the counter itself was not coated with old bottle grime. From now on, I will be taking my bottles here. China Variety also sells a good selection of products, making it the place to stop for me when I need something. In addition to this, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

They give back to a lot of charities.

So friendly! My kids love going in to redeem bottles and pick up treats and fishing supplies.

Terrible customer service amd the redemption section is terrible said they would call me and never got a call and who wants to go out of their way to go grab a few dollars. Go to any other place to get your bottles returned amd they are rude I asked about how lomg it would be and the woman gave me a huge attitude and then proceeded to tell me it can take up to 2weeks which is rediculous. Not to mention their food is gross and unsafe putting frozen dinners amd pizzas ect in a icecream freezer. This place is unclear and rude avoid at all costs.

Okay I might be a little bit off on this but when did anyone start a drop off service for returning bottles ? I just left this place and the lady working was telling me to just put my bottle on the floor and I will call you when I get to them . I can’t believe this is happening, no one is counting bottles for anyone, who wants to drive over here with 4-5 dollars in redemption and get home and turn around and drive back over to collect a 4 dollars ? I don’t think so ! I can’t believe what is happening with this world !

They need to post the redemption Center hours online. So that way people like myself don't drive 15 to 20 minutes to find out that the redemption doesn't open till 9:30 a.m. even though when you look on Google it says China variety and redemption 7:00 a.m. open time to 6:00 p.m. close time!
