This location has fantastic customer service. I was helped by Mikee B with an phone upgrade I needed. She ran all the numbers for me and explained everything thoroughly while prioritizing my interests and needs as the customer and offering some great deals and promotions that would give me the best overall plan. Will be back to the Buffalo Grove store.

Family had an easy time upgrade our phones this holiday. Nice lady named Lorena Renteria helped us manage the app and get the needed accessories.

Who's working in the store are unbelievable GREAT young fellows!!! God bless them and manager Tom = who created this warm atmosphere!!! It's not easy location = a lot of older people and a lot of people Who's first language isn't English!!! God bless this team!!!

Initially, I was discouraged from going to this location by all the bad reviews. Thus, I ended up going to the Wheeling store located on Weiland and Lake Cook Rd. However, because their wifi was slow (per the store employee, Carlos), he told me to go to the Buffalo Grove location where I could be assisted.

And I was glad that I did. As soon as I walked into the Buffalo Grove store, I was greeted. If I remember correctly, it was almost 7:00PM, and there were 3 groups of customers being helped and 1 customer in queue. And there were 3 employees. I only had to wait five minutes before being helped by Mikee. She gave me an option of transferring data from my old phone to my new phone via wifi or wire. (Why didn't Carlos at the Wheeling store offer the wire transfer option and just said their wifi wasn't working??)

By the time that the data transfer was done, Mikee had already left, but there were two other employees including the manager who were at the store (to whom I could approach if there was anything wrong with the transfer). I believe I walked out of the store around 7:35PM, thanking the remaining two employees. I didn't get to thank Mikee, so thank you so much, Mikee for your help!

Been there twice, once for my tablet line and once for my family cell plan. Each time they have provided great service.

I bought a new phone here on November 15th. The staff is very helpful and efficient. I recommend this location.

I took my elderly father for his troubled phone. We made an appointment which was the best!! We knew that we will need extra time to get all our phone issues fixed. We were first greeted by Ozair who started helping us immediately but then he had a customer looking for him so his store manager Olga asked us that if it was okay for him to go help his customer and she will help us. We were okay with that. Olga was Excellent!!! She provided the best customer Service and was genuinely helpful and had patience. Thank you so much Olga 💐! You and your team is wonderful!! This is our Store now!!😊

Excellent service from Brendan and Polina. They were super patient and explained everything well. They helped us with the data transfers and explained all the promotions. I used to be a T-Mobile customer and I am glad to be back with t-mobile.

Great experience and only because Paulina was fantastic to work with. She wasn't pushy or predatory like most sales people are in this industry. Genuinely wanted to help and get us what we needed.

Love going to this location not only because it’s 5 minutes away from where I live but because of the customer service. Every time I go in I look for Cora. She is amazing and has the patients of a Saint. She definitely helped hook me and my family up with our phone plan and phones. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and always makes sure we are satisfied with everything. Thank you to the employees at this location for making every experience a good one!

I read the other reviews and was a little worried about going to this T-Mobile store.
I came in and the two employees were very friendly and helpful. I needed a new SIM card and one of the men found my account and added a new SIM card to my new phone for me. He also checked to make sure it was working properly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. It was a great experience.

I recently visited this T-Mobile location to open four new accounts. The employees were extremely patient and helpful. Without exaggerating, we were there from 11 am till 6 pm-- the employees helped us smoothly transition between Sprints service to their own. I cannot thank them enough for offering such quality care and service. When we thought we had figured everything out, my dads phone had some issues again and we went back almost an hour before closing time: THAT SAME DAY!. To my understanding between my family and other clients the employees skipped lunches but nonetheless kept things flowing to the best of their abilities. They even kept working past closing time so that we could have everything set and done.

Great customer service. I walked into this store yesterday to upgrade a line and trade in my phone. The salesperson I worked with (Mike) was very courteous and responsive to my queries. He ensured I understood all options that are available and very supportive. I am glad I went here (first visit to this store). Kudos to Mike !!! 👍👍 I am relatively nee to T Mobile and I am already loving it !!!

I came in to swap out a defective phone. I was expertly helped by Slava , Vera and Adam. I also asked to see if there lower priced options for my service plan. After some checking they found I was eligible for additional services and at a lower cost- for once I am happy about being a senior citizen. I came back to the store a few days later to activate and learn about the a new service item and Bhushan did a great job in setting up my account in their system and installing the device in my vehicle. It was great teamwork.

My husband and I were so impressed with the assistance we received in becoming t mobile members changing over from A T& T. Cora answered every question we had most confidently and professionally!!! She was outstanding!! I’m happy she was there to assist us!! Thanks again Cora!!!
