Metro by T-Mobile

I purchased a new phone and the store manager showed me how to do basic functions. He then transferred all of my information. The whole process was smooth.
Note: Other metro stores do not compare nor provide nearly the great customer service that I experienced here at this store.
In conclusion, Im so happy with my new phone. Thank you very much!

10/07/2023 I am a regular customer and I always have a welcoming experience at this location. I was looking for a phone with more storage. The second I walked in the door I was greeted by the manager. He then showed me devices with more storage options, he was patient and throughout the process.
Overall I love this store it's always a welcome experience.
