This place is so much fun. You never know what you’re going to find and the mystery boxes are super cool for date nights. My husband got a cute little chainsaw out of one of them, as well as a much of other useful goodies. Highly recommend. Super fun!

8Sept.2023 Interesting and surprising boxes. This is an experience one must take. If you’re into buying some bulk retail brands for a reasonable price, then this is for you. This type of shopping is definitely time consuming and for some worth it. Check it out.

Purchased a weather station/clock and the outdoor unit doesn't connect. Wasted money... And there are no returns/refunds here. You should really be testing things if you won't offer a refund... Most of these are returns, if someone returned it, don't you think there's a higher chance of it being defective...? Even the goodwill a couple doors down has an area to test things.

The whole "mystery box" gambling concept is also very distasteful to me, and the store staff offering it and petalling it just feels... Freaking slimey.

The owner just replied. Instead of accepting any real responsibility, the owner decided to argue semantics about selling gambling "loot boxes" to our community and to deflect blame. Calling repeated offers to purchase loot boxes "proactive selling", as if that alleviates responsibility. If a scammer calls you and calls it "proactive selling" they are still trying to scam you out of the money you worked for.

Ollies, another liquidation store, DOES accept returns. Its not just "how liquidation stores are". You purchase pallets of returned products for 20% of MSRP or less, then sell them for 50% off. That 30% profit margin is to account for your business and account for *defective products*.

Basically, this business is freaking slimey and I strongly advise avoiding them. I am honestly more upset now than I was before they replied.
