Peter was very helpful. I came in a half hour before closing, so I figured I would have to go back the next day to get my phone updated. He was the fastest and most efficient worker I have ever dealt with at Verizon. I will definitely recommend others to go see Peter. Thanks again For all your help!!

Peter was very professional and kind. He helped me do everything to set up a new phone and even put the screen saver on for me. He is very good at his job and I highly recommend the Hampstead Verizon Store if you have cell phone needs.

I will preface this post by saying there was only one employee working the store. With that being said, it was the best experience at any Verizon store I have ever been to.
Though the employee was clearly stressed attending to 3 customers simultaneously, he maintained a high level of professionalism and did his best to engage and even make light of the situation with his customers.
I'm not necessarily the biggest fan of Verizon and I've been a customer for a quite some time, but it's people like that make choosing the lesser of known evils an easier decision.

Joe was very professional and patient with the customers including me. He answered questions as if we were the only customer while keeping in touch with the people waiting . He is very knowledgeable about the different phones and services. I feel like I got great service when buying a new phone!

Peter helped me decide which iPhone upgrade best suited my needs. He was able to explain all of the
Plans in a user friendly way. I would definitely tell friends to go to this store.👍

Peter was fantastic! No line, no waiting. Had my phone upgraded and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Process has finally been updated to transfer stuff from your old phone to new, and it has taken the hassle out of waiting around for hours too.

I met with Joseph on a Thursday and he was very helpful answering my questions about phones and plans. I left to think about everything we discussed and to do some research. I went back that Sunday with a few more questions and ultimately decided to upgrade my phone and my plan. Joseph took care to answer all my questions and was very patient with me. So far, I am very happy with my phone and don't see any reasons for that to change. I would definitely recommend this location.

My iPhone wouldn’t take a charge any longer so I called Joe and asked if he could help transition me into a new one ASAP before battery died. He told me to come in and he would set me up no problem. He was great, everything was seamless and he helped with all my questions and setting up my new phone. Would highly recommend seeing Joe for all you phone needs. Jared was very personable and knowledgeable about the products. His honesty and experiences with his own phone were very helpful to me. He was extremely professional and thorough. The 40 minutes it took to transfer all of my thousands of photos and other apps went by quickly as we had plenty in common to chat about. Thank you Jared!

We walked in and from the start Cody was a pleasure to deal with. He was so professional and helpful. He was so knowledgeable and made the process of getting new phones so easy. Today was my second time going to the Verizon store in Hampstead NH. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Today I was waited on by Peter. He was great. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with. I definitely recommend this Verizon store!

Jared was extremely helpful and made the process of upgrading my phone very easy. He wasn’t pushy or make me feel pressured to go forward with any of the options he gave me. He was very down to earth and we had great conversation. I highly recommend seeing Jared for your wireless needs as he was friendly, knowledgeable, and educated me in everything he was doing.

I don’t normally take the time to write a review about purchasing anything, however this store was different so I had to share my experience. I was passing the store and figured I would check them out as I needed an upgrade. The moment I entered the store Brian greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. He was extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time.

Walked into a bright, clean and visually pleasing store. I was immediately greeted by Cody I believe his name was and directed to what I was seeking.

Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable, I had to buy one of the awesome floating blue tooth speakers they have sooooo cool! The speaker sounds awesome and is pretty loud and bassy🔊 for being so small, did I mention it floats!!!!

Went in to upgrade a phone on my account today. I worked with Martin and he was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what I was looking to do and took great care of me. I would highly recommend asking for him if you go here for your Verizon needs.
