I really enjoyed the experience and the knowledge of Tom when consigning my vintage toys with Serious Toyz. There are so many factors affecting the value and desirability of a toy and for each type of collectible, an entirely different set that makes it impossible for the average collector to fully understand. I had nothing but a positive experience with this business. Won my first auctions awhile back, process of payment was easy. Place was in a middle of a renovation, so it was kind of a mess. Looking forward to more auctions in the future. Note this isnt a "store" persé, its a showroom that toy auctions are run out of.

Definitely would not recommend, dishonest, aggressive, and threatening. Owner needs to learn customer service and basic manners. I’d go to a different toy dealer
