Installation process was done in a smooth, timely way. Raaj and Damian were a pleasure to work with and learn from. I use DEC copier/scanners at both my offices. They accurately assessed the needs of each office and suggested machines that would match those needs and not go over the top with options we wouldn't use. The machines are sturdy, fast and user friendly with a great interface; very intuitive. Customer service is excellent with a live person every time I call, they will help remotely if they can and will send someone right away if unable to troubleshoot virtually. My office work is streamlined and seamless now, I can't thank and/or recommend DEC Office Solutions Inc strongly enough!

They helped us decide on what printers would work for us and we love both (we ended up with a small Kyocera for in a private office and a larger machine). The staff are always kind and friendly and very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customer is happy. Honestly, I’ve rarely had any issues with our copier, but I had a problem once, and the gentleman talked me through it on the phone because if he came out to the office, he would have had to charge me.

Company I work for has been using DEC Office services for more than a decade. We are really happy with the copiers they provide. they also are easy to work with with any service related issues.

Our new company recently contacted DEC regarding our need for a multi-functional fax/copier/scanner. I was contacted THE SAME DAY and had the device within the week. Bought a large Kyocera printer here a few years back, and just recently, it had some printing issues. Brought it back to see if they could fix it, and it was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to go within an hour. These guys had a bunch of printers that were the size of a fridge inside, overkill for home use but perfect for an office.
