I had a great experience at auto zone in Greenwich ny.The gas cap I bought didn’t fit and we went through my options and costs which were a good deal more than I had anticipated. Harry the sales manager said let me take a look and after trying once and failing he took off a rubber washer and the part fit perfect. I was so relieved to have been saved nearly $200 ( maybe more since that was cost of parts only). Harry was a genius!! I will definitely recommend this store to other older customers that want honest service. John was very helpful also , trying to figure out what the problem was that the cap wouldn’t fit. Thanks guys!! They know their business and are honest which is really important to people that are clueless about cars

The website said it was open when I checked at 8:15am. When I arrived at 8:30 they said the store doesn't open until 9:00. They need to update store hours. Other than that excellent service. They helped me install a back light on my truck. It took about 15 minutes...No extra charge!

Very good customer service. They're more concerned of saving me money then making money. I wasn't sure about some things and instead of making me look stupid the guy was helpful and understanding.

I had two headlights out and thought it was a fuse. Mark checked not just that fuse but all the fuses and fixed my headlights that had somehow come loose. Awesome service.

Went in for a car-lighter plug adapter, and they had one. Would have preferred a cheaper model, but they did at least have one, and I'm sure it will be useful in the future.
