They continue to listen to what you want and give you options that you can receive a phone that meets your needs. They also recommended accessories that complemented my phone usage! Scott was efficient and very knowledgeable in helping me set up a new iPhone 12 after my 6s became disabled!!! Helped me find a case and answered all my questions. Found my contacts in the cloud. Ever so grateful!!!

I visited this store to do an online pickup. Verizon initiated and processed everything. When I got there they were not able to complete it because Verizon had it so messed up. Jasmine stayed two and a half hours past closing making multiple phone calls until finally reaching a resolution. She was very patient, kind, and extremely helpful.

Went to 2 Different Verizon stores in Massillon and they were absolutely horrible!! So bad I was ready to switch providers then I remembered there was one in Strasburg and what a completely different atmosphere. Scott was very professional and happy to answer all my questions! Verizon needs more employees like him!
