Jack's Tire Service is the BEST in the West! The front counter person was extremely helpful, and the garage fixed my flat tire in a few minutes. Hands down, if you're having car trouble, take it to Jack's.

We were traveling through Walden on adventure motorcycles and one of the bikes tore a valve stem on a tubeless tire. Hard to fix on the road for sure. Pulled in to Napa/Goodyear in Walden on a Saturday and Pedro said he could help us. He didn’t realize we needed a motorcycle tire fixed and was hesitant because he wasn’t familiar with the application. I’m well versed in removing wheels on our bikes and asked if we could borrow some tools and get the wheel off if he would replace the valve stem for us after breaking the bead and such on his tire machine. Pedro was absolutely accommodating and provided us with tools to remove the wheel and he promptly replaced the cracked valve stem and checked the rest of the tire for leaks.

No where else would a shop welcome you in to work on an application they aren’t familiar with on a weekend and let you use their tools to solve a situation. Tip of the hat to Pedro and Napa in Walden. Class act for being accommodating and flexible for an unfamiliar situation and got us back on the road from a week long trip on a weekend. Many praises and good karma coming to these folks for helping out travelers in need. We finished our trip without issue thanks to these fine people. Many praises.

Jeff and Levi at NAPA helped us when we cracked the coolant reservoir on our 05 Dodge Sprinter going over the mountain pass in Roosevelt National Forest. These 2 girls were very appreciative of them taking the time to help us out, especially when they were trying to close. Would definitely recommend these guys to help you out with your car service needs.

After a nearby camping “experience” left our brand new tires punctured by the gravel roads, we were thankful for the amazing service received by your staff! The parking lot was full, as was the lifts but yet you got us in, patched us up and we were in our way. Thank you!

It's really nice to have a napa in a remote place like Walden here lately I have been quite the regular due to equipment breakdowns on my hdd rig the staff is courteous and most helpful probably the best napa I have been to in all of the states so far!!! 5star my friends keep up the great work and thanks again!!!! O yeah they all deserve raises by the way!!!!

They did a good job on our oil change, they were very friendly and they even vacuumed our truck and cleaned the windows! The prices are comparable to other places that service diesels.
