How should I start, I purchased gift cards for Christmas 2023 December 21/2023
187 dll worth for my surprise My sister called and said It was a mean joke her card was at 0 balance I even gave the gift receipt with the cards well long story, I ended up calling my bank institution and their going to investigate . I also reported this particular store because management was iffy about it (for fraud) so I knew I had 1 card left over I was saving it for me so I checked that as well still in my wallet with receipt and my surprise surprise It was 0 balance as well, now the embarrasment I need to contact everyone I gave a card to for Christmas see how many Are 0 balances..dont buy gift cards here just select a fragrance and get that instead..

I was given a giftcard with 0 balance for my birthday so I asked the person that gave me the card and they gave me the receipt went back and management wasn't able to help now were reporting it to consumers fraudalent affairs

Went to get a few gifts for relatives and there was a sign saying they were closed till Wednesday . It was a Tuesday @1pm
