Great experience! Aron in the garden center was fantastic @ showing me the right container for my patio fig tree. Inside the store, several employees helped me find other items & were friendly not like Home Depot in Apple valley where it was hard to find anyone to help me. Disabled parking was right outside the door. Thank you Lowe’s, u gained a customer today😀

I like to thank Stephanie in the appliance department for being helpful and complete information regarding the product I'm interested in, her customer service is excellent, Lowe's needs more employees like her.

Went pick up some Totes, found out I ordered at the wrong store. The associate canceled the order at the other store and I was able to pick up our order.

I ordered exactly what I wanted online and paid. I drove up, parked in a certain spot and they brought it out and loaded it into my car. A great arrangement!

Great discount amazing customer service

I talked with a guy in the lighting department about being able to replace all the old fluorescent lights in my house. He pointed out that the same fixtures can be retrofitted with LED lights, this is going to save me a bundle. Thanks for your help!

Found what was needed to complete my repairs. I looked at Lowes on my phone, found the aisle and bay number, found what I needed. I went through self checkout and only needed to say hello to one person. Of course, they worked for Sunrun.

Update - I went to Lowe's tod a year for replacement sprinkler heads for my front hedge. The only 1/2 inch ones they had were the adjustable ones, which is dislike. No strip, half or quarter coverage sprinklers. They had the pop-up sprinklers like used for lawns but nothing else in 1/2 inch. Home Depot across the street had everything I needed, though it was harder to find them.

I prefer Lowe's over the competition as things seem to be easier to find and the employees are easier to find and more helpful. The only issue I have is when I need conduit or other items cut...then the local Ace Hardware or local hardware store are more accommodating and are happy to help.

Love Lowes! Last time we went there, we got great service from Ken, he is one of the best employees ever! So helpful and kind! He helped us find the right hinges for our cupboards

This Lowe’s is good, not like the other one by the mall where I was told they couldn’t look up my cc Acct. At this location they were able to pull me up quickly and the girl was very polite and had a smile awesome customer service.

They normally have what you need and the staff is wonderful I was trying looking for those 10% coupons discounts that's always helpful I like the fact that you can get a one-year guarantee on any tree or brush that you buy so you're able to see if it will live in your area and if it if it don't you can always take it back all right you guys got to go check it out beautify your your living surroundings

A great place for your DIY, or other home projects!!!

My husband and I walked into the lowes in apple valley. Jenn was an excellent representative of their customer service. She was working in the nursery area, however she walked us over to customer service and stayed with us until all our questions were answered. We had in mind opening an account and making a large purchase which we did not tell her. But the excellent customer service we received mostly from her sealed the deal. We will definitely keep coming back for all our home improvement needs!

Prices are reasonable, I was so excited to know they had the bird food I have been looking for all over. The staff was very helpful.

We just moved to Apple Valley and are in the process of remodeling our home. We ordered wood flooring, ceramic tile and other household items. Jon and Raven went above and beyond to help us and make sure everything was ordered and ready for us to pick up in a week. They are a great asset to lowes and we will continue to shop here because of them.

Dog friendly, people were great help. The puppy had a great time there, ( don't let her picture fool you).
