The customer service was great, all the staff was extremely helpful in getting my questions answered, they went above and beyond! 10/10 would recommend their service!

Alyson was great. Not only was she very kind but incredibly patient as well. She stayed 20 min past closing to finish helping me get set up on a new phone. She is a perfect rep for people who struggle with social anxiety, so thank you so much! Keep up the great work!

Savanna was beyond helpful. She found the phone I wanted and made the upgrade process super smooth. She also made sure I got the best deal possible with accessories for my new phone.

Teke was very helpful and nice. He helped with setting up the new phone and called the other office to make sure they had supplies for what they didn't have in stock. I would recommend him to anyone.

She went above and beyond getting several issues dealt with so I could buy a phone and spending over 2 hours doing it as there were also fraud issues that were not legitimate.
I have been to about 22 stores in 5 states in 12 years and Alyson was the most Professional Polite Respectful agent I have ever had the pleasure buying a phone from.
Before this positive experience I was seriously thinking about going to a different company because of the rude Behavior from Agents in California and Utah stores.

The team here is amazing. Always makes customers feel comfortable from the start. Very very clean and organized. Even have a play area for your kids while you deal with adult stuff lol. Truly an amazing team. I drive 3 hours just to deal with them specifically and I will continue to do so.

I had a great experience they were so helpful in getting me a tablet that would fit into my budget. They had good recommendations she bought out several options to look at went over the price on each and looked to see if there was any sales on any of the tablets we were looking at. There was a very nice option on the Samsung model and the sales lady helped me get everything setup making sure I got a protection plan and a data plan to fit my needs. I highly recommend this store.

The guy who did my order was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what information he needed from me and which apps were needed to make the whole set up process as easy as possible. Overall I'm very satisfied with the entire experience.

Janica was such an incredible help sadly it was her last day ! She got me all set up and answered my million questions. I walked out with a new plan and phone. And then later I took my phone back and she was happy to apply my screen protector for me. The wait time on Sunday is higher then usual due to only one staff member.

Went in to transfer a line, and the system they use wasn't/had not been working. From there we tried the 800 number. We ended up on hold for almost two hours. The five stars isn't for Verizon's buggy systems, but for Olivia. She happened to be the only employee in today. She had, at one point, four different customers in the store. Olivia efficiently took care of every customer, keeping everyone happy, and being so personable in a stressful situation. Way to go Olivia!
