The UPS Store

I went in to ship a couple of boxes and when I got there, there was one clerk and a line of people. Despite it being later in the afternoon, and temporarily working solo, Mandy was wonderful. She had a big smile, an upbeat, chipper attitude and she was very friendly and helpful. Her co-worker arrived just as she was getting to the end of the line.
Mandy was very efficient and knew how to do her job well. And she greeted many customers by calling them by name. She seemed to know a lot of the customers and have a great repoire with them.
Way to go Mandy!

It's the holidays, lines are long and peopled are rushed...and yet the team at the Sandy UPS Store calmly and efficiently works with each and every customer with smiles and care.

Today we had one of the holiday hauls and one package was going to Hawaii which initially was essentially 5x what we were actually shipping over there. By the time the sticker shock faded, the manager was already over helping to find us a more economical option...and just like that we saved 2/3 or the original rate.

I just really appreciated that even when it was busy they came together to help us out. I know it's only going to get busier as the days get closer, so remember to be patient as they make sure to treat each customer right!

Every time I come in here, the people are always so friendly! There could be a huge line and they still deliver such great service, nothing is ever a problem and the line moves pretty quick (without the customer feeling rushed). I recently got passport photos done and the woman who took them was incredible, I felt like I was at a photo shoot, ha! She went to great care to make sure they were at a high standard (which is exactly what’s needed). Thank you!

Great customer service by the owner. I came in, thinking I had everything ready for shipping but quickly found out that my labels were wrong. She was great about helping me get my packages ready to be shipped and was very friendly in the process.

I am a regular customer of the Sandy UPS store, mainly because of the wonderful people that own it and their crew. They always greet the customers when they enter. They are patient with those that need help. Melinda, John, Xander, Savannah, Ashely and Molly have always been more than helpful. Thank you!

The staff at this UPS Store location go above and beyond every day. If you are looking for a safe and secure PO Box to have packages sent to, or need copying, or shipping done, this is the place to go in Sandy Oregon! Everything I said a year ago is still true, and may be even better today!

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable. It is very convenient to have a post office box here. I have received large shipments into their store, and they never complain. Well worth the money!

Owners John and Malinda are a true asset to our community. They and their UPS team went well above and beyond to help my small business package And ship a huge, awkwardly sized, multi-piece machine. My small team was overwhelmed by the challenge of returning the equipment back to the factory, and the Sandy UPS team got it done quickly, professionally, and with terrific communication.
I will be using the Sandy UPS store for my business shipping needs in the future.

I am not a relative or long time friend of owners John and Melinda, just a local trying to support local small businesses so no bias here.

The friendliness of J & M and their staff made it a true pleasure to do business with them (shipping of 70 of my mom's original paintings all across the country -- all received in perfect shape!). No doubt I'll be visiting them for any large package shipping needs in the future!

I needed business cards for a trade show in a pinch. Called the ups store and John answered, very friendly down to earth guy! John and his son were very helpful they got my cards done in just a couple hours after we first spoke! This store and its staff are awesome, very friendly family oriented folks who treated me like a person instead of a number!

I used this store to ship a bunch of packages to my son in Wisconsin. Although his TV was broken beyond repair, it was not the fault of this UPS store. They packaged extremely well. My problem was with the UPS delivery who didn't seem to take a lot of care with the package. A TV can only take so much bouncing, as my son witnessed.

The people at this location were extremely friendly, very helpful, and went well beyond. They filed the insurance claim, and followed through until the end. Would definitely recommend.

This is the best UPS store ever, and I have used many. Friendly staff always helpful and know the business. I have used them for many years as have many people I know and never a bad experience or inaccurate information. We love them and encourage everyone to use them. Keep up the great work.

John at the UPS store really saved the day. My printer broke as I was attempting to create colorful labels for a last-minute project. John allowed me to use his computer to access the file, then print the labels on his color printer. I presented him with a new challenge, and he rose to the occasion. We are lucky to have this type of service in our town.

The girls here are great, knowledgeable, and enjoy the shipping challenges that come with the odd shapd packages customers bring in. The owner is always ready to assist at any time. Good luck girls.

Prompt, professional, friendly service and staff! I've been going to this location for my shipping and receiving for about a year now and I have yet to encounter any issues with my packages.

I stopped in to print a few pages from my email then they helped scan it and have me send it to where it needed to go. The staff was friendly and efficient it was nice to actually have customer service for a change way to go UPS Sandy Oregon
