Steve Myers Service has proven to me over the years that they truly care with their customer service. When I've had a breakdown, they have been unbelievable in getting any of my equipment back up and running quickly! (Very important to me)..
Front service staff are always efficient and ready to help. The technicians/mechanics really know what they are doing, which is a major plus!!
I've purchased small & large equipment and it has all done the job well.

So impressed with the customer service I received from this small business....so much better than a big box! Even though I just bought a regular old lawn mower, Alec took the time to have it all ready to go for us and showed us all the features, how to operate, etc. Such a clean, organized, well-stocked store with great service to back up their products. Even a dedicated mechanic on site. Shop and support small business!

We actually purchased a Toro zero-turn mower from another store but had a few issues with how it handled. We just thought it was that we just needed to get used to the mower.

When it came time to get it serviced for the first time, Steve Myers Service was the local service center for Toro and the natural choice.

The technician working on our mower noticed that it was actually assembled incorrectly by the store we bought it from and went ahead and fixed it for us at no additional charge. When we got home, the thing handled great, a night and day difference.

Since then, we have purchased a number of other products, including a Stihl electric (battery) chainsaw and weed wacker.

These guys have always been honest and straightforward about everything and I don't see any need to go anywhere else for my Toro and Stihl products.

When you buy a mower, be it commercial or residential, you will always need service. The staff at SMS has service down to a fine art. Absolutely the best!!

We brought our z turn mower over to see if it could be repaired, and it was not cost effective to repair it--hydraulics were basically disintegrating. So we ended up purchasing a new z turn mower. We always receive excellent service, and they are the only place we go for our mower, gas powered trimmer, chain saw, snow blower service.

I recently moved and need something bigger to mow with Caleb helped me over the phone and I came to see what he thought was going to be a perfect fit for My needs. His recommendation was spot on I needed it same day and it was later in the evening and the delivery driver Kevin showed up with My new mower he was very happy and you could tell he enjoyed his job. He gave me a crash course and I was off I had a few other questions and with a hand shake and a smile he left!! Good work guys I couldnt of asked for much more.

Wonderful place ..courteous employees. They have the answers with the experience. They back their products and repair anything they sell .All trained technicians with Stihl and Toro. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for power equipment. Exceed expectations in every manner.

Service was impeccable and the prices were the best around. Also offer great financing with little to no interest.

Been going to Steve Myers since 2005. Not only is Toro and Stihl a good product but customer service it best in the area. Well worth the drive when they stand behind their product.
