There is a lady, who wears glasses (wish I knew her name)....She is Awesome!! Always very happy and very friendly. She makes my visit wonderful!!

Frequent this establishment and rarely ever have an issue and today was your run of the mill pleasant visit for a ready to eat delicious veggie pizza.

Friendly cashiers ,clean store and readily available things that you'd need at a convenience store.

Nice convenience store, but could use a remodel and upgrade.

The one plus of this location is the floor staff. There's a young man and an older women that usually are working and are very friendly. Unfortunately the store overall is kind of a mess. The price tags are often wrong/outdated, the hot food items look like they've been sitting there since the day before, and the selection is super limited. I assume managment is trying to save money but please stop trying to sell rock solid pizza slices.

Went to this store last Wednesday at 12:00 noon and there was NO hot food prepared and ready for customers to purchase. This is a great disappointment being that it is right at lunchtime.

Terrible service. Me and my fiancé waited in line for 10 minutes (we were the only ones.) While donna yelled at a young man them preceeded to curse and belittle the poor fellow when he had enough and walked out. Turns out it was her grandson. When I asked him what it was all about he said "she didn't agree with me asking her not to yell at me infront of the customers. This woman is a menace. No wonder she is losing the store. Donna is her name. Please share. She made him walk all the way to wv and proceeded to yell even after he left. Zero stars if I could

The way you acted when you refused that lady's ebt was awful. Practically yelled it. I know for weeks just this 711 has refused ebt. All others are currently excepting ebt. I called. I am so mad at the 2 idiots working. The way that women fealt. I would leave 0 if I could

Went out of my way to go to this store because 7-11 has a generally good reputation. Had an awful experience with the older woman cashier. She raised her voice to my husband over using the wrong cup for iced coffee. He was more than willing to pay extra for the cup was refused repeatedly. I would like for her to receive more training on how to handle customers. A cup is not a big deal. Never coming back to this location. Btw, the cup PLU is 468 and it costs less than 10¢...

There is an elderly man working there who was ringing up my order (a BigBite and chips) and said, "Be careful. That's a hot wiener. Do you know what to do with a hot wiener?" There were two other women working in the store and neither said anything. I won't be going back. Disgusting. I'll also be looking for a way to contact the owner. I'm giving one star because it won't let me post this with none.
