We found the perfect time to shop: Monday, late afternoon. Not busy at this time at the end of January.
Stopped to pick up plywood for a roofing project. Plenty of product available.

I always find what I need, mostly because of all the helpful people! Everyone I’ve asked for help is quick to assist and knowledgeable about lots of different products and projects.

Lowes is fine this time of year. Disappointed the dewalt 20v max 4 battery set for $199 was sold out. The $1.75 elephant ears bulbs were tempting but I passed on those as well as the red cannas priced the same. A lot of people working but only the self checkouts were open. I despise the self checkouts so I purchased nothing. Actually I didn't need anything. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. Still great.

We had great customer service from two of the women plant professionals. They helped us a lot, because we don't know anything about planting foliage in Florida.

Lowes in Ruckersville is wonderful. I received great help from Shawna in paint department and Vestris in doors department . The shelves were well stocked and I found everything I needed. Then I was checked out by equally friendly and personable Cathy. I highly recommend this Lowes. The employees here are so knowledgeable and nice.

Had everything I needed. Almost did 4 stars for the foolishness of only having one manned checkout lane. Not everything has a barcode. Like the washers, nuts, and bolts I bought. However the line was still short.

Great store !! Never a problem finding anything especially with the Lowe's app installed on my phone and the app includes inventory so even better. Very rarely do I go there that someone doesn't offer help at least once before leaving the store. Shopped there since they opened and remodeled most of my house with items all purchased here and always had great service.

The guy in the hardware section was awesome found all the bolts i needed. Best customer service

The customer service here is usually great. The only problem I have really ever had is other customers who bring their dogs into the store and for whatever reason don't clean up after them.

This location is very clean and organized. The employees I've met in dozens of visits have been very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Had 22 new windows installed last year. Great prices and fantastic installation. Now getting a new front entry and storm door.

Among the better Lowe's I regularly visit. Proactive staff; I was engaged by 4 associates offering assistance during my last visit, but wasn't overbearing and quickly left me to my shopping when I requested.
Clean, with plenty of health and safety measures in place. Observed policy adherence from employees: masks worn (properly, no less), forklift escorts, dividers at POS, etc.

Gary in Plumbing. I have NEVER encountered a kind soul like this. So patient, so kind, so professional. Gary took the time on 26May20 to make sure I had everything I needed, helped me locate every product, told me the pros and cons, helped check out the order, helped load and strap it down, and ended with a phenomenal send off into my project. It is very, very rare, in a retail setting, that you find an employee who cares this much to give you a personal, 5 Star resort touch to a transaction or question. He oozes with excitement about what he does and takes every minute of it seriously. If I could hire him as my personal consultant, I would! Gary, You don’t know how much your experience changed a day that started off with anger and hostility toward our home remodel. You sir, are THE MAN and I will be back to see you!!!!

Bridget Morris in customer service was absolutely amazing!!!! Took the time on 03March20 to go through receipts and find a purchase for me from Sep19 on a gift card, over the phone! Top notch customer service and personality!!!! This girl needs a raise and promotion!!!!!!

Lowe's through the years has been a blessing to live near. We have purchased everything from batteries to high dollar items like an oven, refrigerator & hot water heater.

Their in house warranty for appliances are good (you can choose your length of time) or none at all.

I have had them set up installers for me for all the major appliances. Upon delivering all were knowledgeable and personable.

Finally, their service in the store is good but there are days when you have to wait your turn.

I highly recommend them for any & all home products.
