This is a wonderful store and so helpful! The sales assistant was so nice over the phone, and even tried on the coat for me since our measurements are similar! Received the coat yesterday and couldn't be more pleased! Fits perfectly... a Karl Lagerfeld Paris faux fur! Love it! It came quickly and I won't hesitate to order from Rippe's in the future! Scoured the internet to locate Ugg ultra mini color carnation and landed at Rippes website after searching for size 9 for hours. They had em and I got em. They literally shipped my order the following day via UPS…3 days from day ordered to received. I always cringe when I see a merchant ship via USPS as they’re not reliable here. As if customer service and ease of ordering wasn’t enough, the invoice also featured a handwritten thank you from someone named Belle. Well that just made my day Belle, and thank you!
