Jennifer went above and beyond for us today! She was knowledgeable, personable, and determined to deliver quality service. We had many hiccups and obstacles throughout our request but she was patient and was able to get everything solved for us.

I hope you're hearing me I'm at the old Mars store in Pinellas county on Tampa road and damonte has been the most wonderful person helping me learn a laptop and I just I truly truly thank you he has saved my life. Also I want to think serenity she was a lot of help and I'm very grateful for the staff there I highly recommend this store I've been to quite a few

Serenity and Meek were wonderful got me an upgrade and my wife a tablet 10/10 complete turn over since I was last here

Went there yesterday. I was having a rough day. The young women working there was so kind and patient. It really lifted my spirits.

Nina really is awesome ! She helped get me more memory on My Google and saved me 12 dollars a year ! From Google. And 30 dollars a month th with that program! She's great and Damone is super cool too and made me laugh. Great store great energy

My husband and I came into this store close to 6pm last night and had a "10 out of 10" experience. The people that were there were amazing, the store was immaculate, and we got a deal that was almost too good to be true. Z was friendly, knowledgeable and had us 2 phones set up so fast, I was very impressed. Also they were genuine, have you ever gone somewhere and you feel like the conversation is forced or you're bothering the person who is helping you? Not here, we had her full attention, a great conversation, we smiled a lot, laughed and they even took our picture for the website.
They made something that I really didn't feel like doing after work fun and worth it. Thank you so much.

Wow THANK YOU Tabatha! was able to help me soo much she incorporated her years of experience with common sense to get me dialed correct and troubleshoot weird issue i had comming off a corporate number with different carrier(seriously over the last 3 weeks or so i went to many other stores and carriers and their answer would always be something like "i don't know we cant help youbin store you have to call customer support) Well not tabatha she took INITIATIVE and set things up and called herself! Wow thank you!. So now i got great metro deal! highly recommend this store!

I recently worked with Ellie on a few different products... phones, chargers, cases.... etc. She went to so much trouble to explain EVERYTHING and even called around to different stores when they didn't have what I needed. She
Was AMAZING!! She is a perfect example of REAL customer service! And she is why I won't switch carriers, after all.

I Came in tonight looking for a phone and I was promptly greeted by Andres. My experience with this guy was awesome. He took the time to explain the differences in each phone as well as advising me of the pros and cons and each phone. We had a little trouble turning the phone on for the first time because the phone was dead. Again , he took the time plug it in and make sure that the phone worked correctly. He even went out of the way to call his supervisor and make sure that he wasnt giving me a phone with an internal issue. He was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. My overall experience with Andres was a great one. I will return to this particular store because of the amazing customer service that I received. Keep up the great work Andres. I am a happy customer!

I’m changing my review because once I got in the store the woman that worked there was amazing! I earlier left a review that was not nice because I was frustrated that they weren’t open. However I didn’t catch her name and I wish I would’ve but she was so helpful she was kind she was so patient and she was amazing. I’ve been to other Phone stores where they were not so friendly but she was amazing!

I went to this location today just expecting to get a new phone for hopefully less than $300 including everything but Zeljka was there running the place by herself and she treated me like gold...better than gold, diamonds. I walked out of there with 2 new phones and a tablet with screen protectors and cases way better than what I had or expected to get. She needs to get a raise and a promotion now!!!

I call her Zoe or Z. Ethier way this girl is amazing! I am the type to ask alot of questions and she's always been so patient with me. She always makes sure I understand fully of what I'm getting. Every time I walk into the oldsmar location and see her she always wears the biggest smile. This was even before I became a regular. It's honestly what kept me coming back to this location! I cannot thank her enough for her kind hearted nature and making sure I'm well taken care of and I encourage everyone on here who sees this to go see her because I know she will take just as good of care of you! Came into this location about a week ago and dealt with Ashley and Carlos, both lovely employees greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, Ashley sold me on the moto e5 plus which was a big increase from the phone I had, she was very informative and very knowledgeable on her product. This isnt the first time I have dealt with Ashley either I have came in here multiple times with issues with my phone and she fixed every issue for me but i finally had enough and decided to upgrade my phone. This location is great and the customer service is amazing at this store. I will continue to come back to this location

Been with metro over 10years Nina Alvarez is the best they ever hired ask her question she knows it all should be manager or CEO polite works with smile professional

I have never met a nicer young man who was both personal and knew his job. He help me get my phone adjusted (I'm 88 years old) and he is personally suited for this job. Give this young man a raise he deserves it! Thank you so much for your consideration Carlos. My experience with him was excellent and made me want to buy another phone to go with the one I have!!

We had a young lady today name Elly at the Oldsmar store who
waited on us on March 24, 2021 she was very helpful, My friend who
is Legally Blind Vet she helped with so much patience. Every
questions we asked her she had the correct answer. I have
been a Metro Customer since Metro started when you could
call only inside the State of Florida. I have never seen any agent with
so much knowledge and customer support. I hope she is a Manager.
GOD Knows she should be.
Elly should be rated 10 Stars Not 5 stars.

Came in with a phone issue and dealt with ashley. She fixed the issue with my phone and was so knowledgable and helpful and very patient. She really makes you feel welcomed into the store. Great store to go to and she is a great sales employee. I recommend her to anyone who has metro or wants to switch to metro. I will continue to go back to this store with no worries knowing that my issuss will be handled without any issues and knowing i will leave happy

Tabatha/Damonte here were awesome very professional and helpful answered all my questions on point I was really impressed if there was 10 stars I would give this staff 20+ definitely recommend this store
