Fast and pleasant experience. Associate Maxwell was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything to us. He even saved us money on our monthly bill!

My husband and I had an great experience. Maxwell was incredibly helpful, stayed past closing to resolve our issue and get our new device set up, he also entertained us during the long process. Thank you Maxwell for your wonderful customer service.

The associate or Manager Very helpful he knows what to do, he answer all my question and solve my problem. I forgot the salesman’s name but he was awesome . I went in with a problem thinking I had to buy another phone but turns out , it was a simple fix . His attitude was awesome .

I’ve had a device with at&t for years with a number that don’t work have called and constantly asked how to resolve the issue never got a decent response so I’ve been almost a year without a phone well I went into the same at&t store and got a new phone and had the same issue but went in and the big Manager “Chad” was there and he was AWESOME. He fixed my phone within seconds of me being there he deserve to be recognized for this and many more awesome things he’s done for me and my messed up devices since I’ve had service with them .

I've been with at&t for 2 years. Best prices and great service! I havent been to an area yet where my service has dropped. I have 2 devices and my service is still cheaper than Verizon!!

We stopped in this store while driving from Indiana to Florida. The 5 star google reviews of this store was a factor in choosing the Tifton store over a store in another city. We couldn't have had a better experience Chad and Keshia were great to deal with. Chad walked us through all of the features on our new phone and did not rush us at all. Highly recommended.
